I used to come to this location a lot but I will not be wasting the time on it anymore. Recently, the drive thru service has been getting slower but tonight it was awful to say the least. Let me preface this by saying that I understand what it’s like to work food service and have a rush. I have no problem waiting my turn when things are busy. I almost always place mobile orders and so I went through the mobile drive thru as usual and waited for a while. Usually, the automated voice will say something and one of the actual employees will stop it to greet you. I sat for a few minutes with the window down and the automation came thru but was cut off and silence. I still stated my name in case, and nothing happened. I then proceeded to watch as there were 7-9 cars going through the regular drive thru side (that most of which had gotten there after me) and still- no answer on the mobile one. So, I thought maybe there was an issue with it. I pulled up in line and tried calling the store number to let someone know. No answer. Then, I get to the window and explain to the girl what happened. She rolled her eyes at my explanation and then tells me to go back through the line AGAIN. For three items. After I had already waited all that time. So, I came inside and the guy that came to the counter was very nice and I got my order finally after a few more minutes. Again, I understand that things are stressful during a rush but at least you could be a little nice to customers? I was not accusatory or rude whatsoever with any of the issues, so to get treated like that really just cemented me not liking this location anymore. Read moreOn the date of August 16th 2024 at roughly 9:45 p.m. I experienced racism with no explanation. I tried to pay cash and I was told they would not accept my money and when I asked why it was repeated four other times buy two other people they simply do not want my money after I already made the order and pulled up to the window. It was a $20 bill and I asked if the problem was they didn't have enough money in the till to brake change? Again, I was told they just do not want my money. If my money had issues then call the police and let me explain myself. Nope.. I was simply told my money was not accepted there. After making a post on other social media sites sitting in the parking lot I seen them receiving and giving change back through the window from the cars that were behind me so obviously having change in the till wasn't the issue. I believe we live in a day and age where racism shouldn't be here.. like Dr King said, we should be judged on our character not by the color of our skin. I will continue to make this as public as possible. I have tried to reach out to corporate however the store that gave me an issue was the ones that called me back to talk about the issue.. I will find my way to reach out to Jason Kidd the president of Taco Bell and present the situation I was given last night and see where we're going to go from here. I will not stand for this nor do I think anybody else should. As far as I'm concerned I believe nobody should go to this location, there's another Taco Bell not far from that one and there are plenty of other options for food in the same vicinity. I did have one bad experience here, some lady here, I guess the owner, came up to table with my friend and I and started asking to take our tray, or refill the cup, or insist on taking away our trash WHILE my friend was STILL eating his burrito. He is very sensitive about people touching his food, and he still had over half of his burrito left after eating his two other quesadillas, and we felt very unwelcome to be there after that so we immediately left, and he did not finish his food because of what she did, and he couldn't wrap up his burrito to leave without using the CONTAMINATED paper so he did not get to finish his food we paid for. The lobby closes at 12am on the posted sign and it was 11:27, the lobby was not closed and we were the only people in the dinning room. Nice staff, bad owner and or bad management. I'M PRETTY SURE SHE WAS THE OWNER THOUGH. Nice to know it was on camera. I will not be coming here, I hope you don't either so you don't get treated poorly by the owner when they come in. Our experience was very upsetting to be harassed like that. I will my leave my PREVIOUS positive review here just so she can see what her reaction caused.
UPDATED IT USED to be the best taco Bell in the area, nice staff, they make your order right and are vegetarian friendly. I drive out of my way just to come to this one because they make my order well.
