I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of an employee named Danielle at your Kennesaw location.
Initially, our experience was positive. However, issues arose when our Groupon wasn't immediately processing. Danielle initially seemed understanding, stating we could play and return later once the Groupon was accepted. However, my wife informed me that Danielle later approached our family with an accusatory tone, assuming we intended to leave without paying. This was incredibly offensive, especially considering we had already communicated our plan to return and complete the transaction. Furthermore, Danielle exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism. She walked away while my wife was still speaking, muttered to herself, and then snapped at me when I calmly inquired about her behavior.
Danielle's response was not only defensive but also condescending. She denied any wrongdoing, accused my wife of being aggressive, and told me "Let me get this completed so you can leave and I am not arguing with you today". Her behavior was completely unacceptable. No customer should be subjected to such rudeness and disrespect. She laughed at my face thinking that my comment was a joke that my issues is comical to her. Explained to her today was my son birthday and and she continued with the disrespect with my 6 year old and other children witnessing this nonsense. This pathetic display of customer service is beyond me. What made this worse on me is that she said "You do not know me" and kept repeating this every time I said something. I do not need to know her to see her actions show a disrespectful, low customer service rated employee who has a attitude problem.
I urge Jumping World management to address this issue immediately. Danielle clearly lacks the necessary customer service skills and should be retrained or removed from her position. I expect a prompt response from the owner or manager, specifically Tiffany Bonetti, regarding this incident.
This experience has severely tarnished my opinion of Jumping World. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that all employees are properly trained in professionalism and respect to your customers paying for a...
Read moreI have been bringing my kids here for about 8 years. We haven’t been in quite some time, and I was surprised by the changes that have been made. The overpriced go karts take up a big chunk of space, which is what it is. My major problem was the staff. Apparently one young man was given a whistle, and he was not afraid to use it for anything and everything, whether the kids were doing anything wrong or not. My kids are a little older (8 and 7), and if your kids are younger, they would probably be fine. The whistle guy didn’t blow the whistle at the younger kids for doing the same things my kids were doing. He was also abrasive and rude to my children unnecessarily. This guy was also putting the whistle all the way in his mouth and sucking on it between blowing it, which in my opinion is highly unsanitary. Jumping World has always been on the “lower end” (saying this nicely, it’s really a bit trashy) side of the jump park experience, but it was always fun. It’s just really not worth the trip anymore. I wouldn’t waste your money.
To reply to your response “Tiffany B”. First of all, NO ONE in your establishment apologized to me, or informed me that your employee was autistic. You clearly have me confused with someone who went out of their way to complain regarding this young man’s interactions with your customers, which I did not while we were there. The only interaction that I had with any employee (besides with the young man with the whistle and the young lady who checked us in) was when you all were yelling at parents to leave the playhouse area, and I asked my kids to find something else to do, as you all are now strictly enforcing the age limit (which I might add, has never been done in my past experiences there). I have extensive experience with individuals on the spectrum, and I was in no way rude to your employee, I simply asked him to stop following my kids around and blowing the whistle at them, as they were doing absolutely NOTHING wrong. They were kids trying to have fun, which is the point of your establishment is it not? Clearly, you all do not care about customer satisfaction for any child over the age of 5. If you are upset that I called your establishment trashy, I’m sorry, sometimes the truth can hurt. Best regards and happy...
Read moreThe website says there is a safe place for toddlers to discover the fun of jumping on a trampoline but this is straight up false.
They have a toddler section that has some foam play mats and foam climbers that is suitable for babies or those just learning to walk. My guy is 16 months and got bored of it very quickly. There was a section with connect 4 like disks and my guy was having fun with that until older kids took over. Shame as it was the only bit that held his interest in the toddler bit and the older kids had the rest of the park to play with.
The jumping lanes were divided into age groups. The youngest age group was 5 to 10. We went in this but and he had fun but I was worried the whole time about him being hurt. Luckily the kids in this bit were really respectful despite us technically being in a section we shouldn't be (because there was no where for us to rightfully be).
We went into a climbing bit that had slides and a sign saying it was for kids under 4 feet. This had also been infiltrated with much bigger kids and they were all far too rough and kept pushing past my little guy. Altitude had a similar setup and he did really well on it so I know he would've enjoyed this if given a chance. There also didn't seem to be any cap on the amount of kids they let into this section so it was overcrowded and claustrophobic. I also wondered about the safety of having so many children, a lot way over the 4ft maximum, in such small spaces. Didn't seem fire safe for sure.
And on fire safety, having doors that are half locked seemed really bizarre to me. In a rush I imagine that the bottle neck caused by the locked doors would lead to a lot of people unable to escape.
I definitely won't be coming back here.
Oh, and it was really dirty. We paid for 2 hours and didn't even stay...
