Cafe Rivkah is a hidden gem nestled in Marietta, just off of Roswell Rd by Kroger. From the moment I arrived on a Sunday morning, parking was a breeze, providing a stress-free start to my dining experience. As I stepped into the cafe, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff, instantly making me feel welcome.
The cafe's dining room boasts an open table concept, with the added touch of high platform booths against the wall. This unique setup creates a cozy and intimate ambiance, perfect for both group gatherings and peaceful solo meals. One thing that immediately caught my attention was how clean and inviting the cafe was, accompanied by a pleasant sweet scent lingering in the air.
Now let's talk about the menu - it offers a delightful selection of breakfast and lunch options, all of which are light and satisfying. I opted for their onion bagel with eggs, bacon, and cheese, served with a side of seasoned potatoes. The bagel itself was an absolute treat - soft, flavorful, and a true delight for the taste buds. The eggs were beautifully scrambled, fluffy, and perfectly complemented by the crisp bacon. To complete my meal, I indulged in a vanilla latte that warmed my heart with its rich and comforting flavors.
Although my experience at Cafe Rivkah was overwhelmingly positive, I do have one small drawback to mention. The take away bagels and pastries, unfortunately, seemed a little tough from sitting out uncovered on the counter. However, this minor issue did not overshadow the overall excellence of the cafe.
One aspect that truly enhanced my time at Cafe Rivkah was the serene atmosphere. Prior to 11:00am, the cafe refrained from playing any music, allowing patrons to engage in hushed conversations without intrusion. It was a peaceful and tranquil environment that added to the overall enjoyment of my visit.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Cafe Rivkah to anyone in search of a wonderful breakfast or lunch spot. Whether you're gathering with friends or seeking a peaceful moment alone, this cafe has it all. With its friendly staff, delicious food, and inviting ambiance, it's a place that will leave a...
Read moreOur kid woke up this morning wanting french toast...so we googled where was the nearest place for us to have french toast...and look at that! Awesome, just down the street!
It was a quiet Sunday morning, church was still in session - but this place was no where near quiet at 10am on a Sunday! There was a constant stream of people coming and going. Plenty of seats available for everyone. The atmosphere is cozy with a small-town feel. There are booths, tables and chairs and even a few comfy couches to relax at.
The front counter is filled with delicious looking donuts and pastries - if you are someone who enjoys those sweets - DO go and try one - they all looked AMAZING.
We did have to wait a few moments to order, but that's ok considering this is not your usual breakfast chain, but a family run bakery and cafe.
We ordered the french toast (duh), bagel sandwich and the avocado toast.
French Toast - fluffy, delicious, just the right amount of syrup. Not a lot of fruit on top (compared to other pictures I've seen in other reviews)
Bagel Sandwich - Outside of bagel was tough, inside was soft. A little tough to eat, yet delicious. Breakfast potatoes are heavily seasoned and pretty good.
Avocado Toast - Bread crust was too tough/hard to cut through with the knife provided. I ended up cutting it all off and eating the center of the bread.
Coffee - drip coffee was on point. perfectly brewed and tasty!
Cinnamon coffee roll - Oh my gerd - that was absolutely perfect!
Bloo approves and would go back...

I live right around the corner from this place and have been meaning to come here forever! I am really trying to shop local and businesses owned by people of color. I am a chronic Starbucks girl and I'm so stoked because Cafe Rivkah is right next to my two regular Starbucks places, and has a loyalty program! Also plenty of parking.
First of all the service was so nice! I immediately felt welcome and comfortable. The second you walk in there is a display of their pastries and I was only planning on getting a coffee but there was no way I was passing up a strawberry Danish. I respect an excellent sales tactic. They have a really beautiful mural, I love seeing artists being supported.
I ended up getting a strawberry Danish, a baguette, and an iced vanilla latte. The latte was so good. You could actually taste the espresso which I appreciated! The Danish? I basically inhaled it because it was so good. I haven't tried the baguette yet, but I did that thing from Ratatouille where you listen to the bread. I don't know much about bread sounds so it didn't tell me much, but it seems to have a good balance of crust and softness! Also it was $3.50 for like a foot and a half of bread??? Amazing. I didn't get any of the sandwiches or made to order food but best believe I will...
