East Lake Shopping Center — Local services in Marietta

This place needs to get it together. This store doesn't even look like the Branded name on the front of the building. Disorganized, messy, sloppy, and trashed are the only way to describe this store. I know the cashiers are few and cant do everything but the manager should be available and working in site more times than not. I mean give me a break waiting 15 mins for 1 item because their is one cashier. Im ashamed of this store being in my community. Please owner or manager, shareholder or whomever, you need to come down to this location and look at your investment. Is it enough just to make a profit or don't you care about this community. Please revamp your store operations here and get more people on the floor to keep it clean, stocked, and sold. Im sure the little bit of money it will take to streamline your mission critical store processes will more than double your ROI in less than 6 months.

Community of the East Lake Shopping center. Shame on you. Shame!!!!!!! Now you know that stuff on the floor making this store seem junkie, dirty and looking like something from.... Pick that up!!!! You know you dropped it, moved it, decided not to but it and just threw it anywhere. Let your kids run around and tear up and move things making a mess. STOP IT. STOP IT Now and take your kids and yourself up to the store and show them what community is teach them to clean up. Put stuff where stuff goes no matter if you did it or not but especislly if you did. Help us all Help us. Lets have some pride in our community and work together. If each one of us took 1 or 2 items back to the correct section or tidied up a small area while there. It would make the world of difference. Lets try it and see what kind of impact we make.

The receptionist was nice and professional. Wait time was over an hour long. Took my son for a regular check up. Therese the assistant was very nice too. After taking X-rays of my son’s teeth I was told that I have to pay $279 out of pocket for cleaning that his insurance doesn’t cover the cleaning costs that they intended. I asked if there’s any way I can get a discount, I was told that it’s already been discounted. While Therese was gone to check on discount possibilities, there came the Indian looking dentist who never introduced herself. She went on to tell me that it will take a lot of work to do the cleaning trying to convince me that they charged a fair price. I decided to think about it and call them back when I have the money. She didn’t like that and started being really unprofessional and rudely made a comment that insinuated I was fat. We were at the front desk at the time and both the receptionist and another staff froze at her comment, you could see that they were shocked at what she said. I smiled at her and said “I’m not pregnant I just look fat.” I left and never went back. I scheduled an appointment with great expression dental. They were very nice and professional. Got the job done at no cost to me all covered by my son’s insurance. I feel great smile dental is a big fraud that would try to scam you. Watch out when especially you’re self employed. She kept on asking what I do for living as if that mattered to why...

This is a wonderful park. I am dog sitting for my son this week, so I took Bella there to walk. Even though temperatures are in the 90s, the trees along the pathway and the trails in the woods provide enough shade to make it a comfortable walk. There's a creek that runs all through the park and the woods behind the park. There are two large playgrounds which I often take my granddaughter to.
