Unprofessional and untimely with orders at the MARIETTA location!!! I am a prominent salon owner in East Cobb. I am a proud customer of Cosmo-Prof since 2014. I use products for my busy salon. I no longer support this location.
I purchased a Kenra Color package well over $200 of Demi-Permanent, Permanent, and various volumes of developers. The sales clerk Prayr went on and on about getting this package. After seeing my cart packed with items. I agreed because it came with some cool perks. COMPLIMENTARY color swatch book, brushes, etc. I go to check out⌠âThe freebies will be ordered and we will call you.â That was DECEMBER 17, 2021. As of JANUARY 31, 2022 I still donât have them. An entire color line with no swatch book for my clients. Horrible! I was given this bogus story about shipping delayed when I addressed it on 01/06/21 and that the manager will call me. Never called me. I physically had to show my face on 01/10/21 and was given the same spill. Yet, she asked for my contact information which was given in December when I purchased the items, and again over the phone when I addressed the issue. Proof! They hadnât ordered it. Clearly, didnât know who I was or what it was in reference to. It shows me people couldnât care less about businesses that support them having employment. Next, Iâm told it was ordered on the 13th by voicemail.
This is unacceptable! Unprofessional! The demeanor from the ladies is patronizing apologetic.Non- accommodating. If there is truthfully a problem with shipping from the warehouse a manager needs to allow 2 weeks timeframe. After not receiving, a direct call should be placed to that warehouse. And a courtesy call updating me. Tired of the unprofessionalism with no accountability at this location. Playing games with a business owner is beneath the integrity of Cosmo Prof. Done supporting...

Rude, speaking another language between themselves while youâre there (who knows WHAT about), and have no idea how to prove specials and ring in specific items. I bought a curling iron from here once, advertised on the shelf for $35- get to my car and think, âman, that was priceyâ. Looked at the receipt and was charged $65 for the iron. Went back in and was told âsomeone priced that wrongâ. âOk, well can I at least have the price advertised or do I need to return it altogether?â. âJust return it because I cannot give you that priceâ. Even AFTER I showed her the price on the counter below the iron, she told me it wasnât possible. Get it together. Or donât, I donât care. Never returning here.    Read moreWhat a great customer experience I had, I was greated by a highly enthusiastic energetic beauty consultant named Jay ...she was able to handle all of my questions and concerns, she was very helpful with my order and because of her I will DEFINITELY be coming back and sending all of my business clients to this location only, because of her attention to detail and her awareness of how much of an importance my order was for my high end clients I wish I had employees like Jay at my salons, she's definitely a top tier employee and im sure she would be an asset to any company, again...
