I wanted some Captain D's so bad I ordered a four piece fish dinner but I got end up getting three of the two pieces when I tell you I was tired I was hungry I asked for extra tartar sauce I was willing to pay for it But gave me one more but when I tell you I went into my bag and my fish was so black I end up happening to go back twice and the last time they still didn't do my order right I will never return again and the guy who was there was busy worrying about what was going on in my car then fixing my food I don't appreciate that at all it's hard out here and I pay for what I want I didn't ask nobody to give me anything I went to purchase the food and my food was garbage I couldn't even eat it the coleslaw smell sour it was just a mess I didn't appreciate it at all and if I would have kept my receipt I would have wanted my money back but that would have been the third time I would have went up there that day and like I said I was tired but never no more I threw my receipt out with the garbage but I wouldn't recommend no one to go to that one at all I'm talking about hurt my feelings so bad it's like they redrop my fish back in the grease twice instead of making me some fresh fish after I return back gas is not for free then I asked for a couple water because they pulled me on the other side like they was frying me some more fish end up being the same redrop fish ask for some water and they want to charge me I don't get it at all I don't know why we do each other like that but what goes around comes around it probably won't be there for long. This visit marked my third time at this location, and I've found that as long as the food is hot and fresh, which it usually is, it’s a satisfying experience. The supreme sampler was delicious, with each component cooked well. The fish, chicken, and shrimp were particularly tasty, and the sides complemented the meal nicely. The strawberry milkshake was a delightful addition, creamy and flavorful.
One of the standout aspects of this location is the customer service. The drive-thru service was efficient and friendly, which made the overall experience pleasant. The staff provided great service with a friendly touch, ensuring that I felt welcome and taken care of.
