tried to call to report disappointment of our order on June 2 (Sunday 7.45p) called when we got hm, no answer! Then, on June.3@ 230p again, phones just rung. Today tried June 4@ 2.10, and today the phone was set on a -busy- signal. There way to avoid complaints? Bad for business corporate.
If there was a zero we would give it to this location. Sunda, June 2. we were the only customer indrive-throughh or lobby was empty- notee!
Our order was still wrong!! Missing chicken and biscuits charged- alacart. Not sure why this location is pressedaboutt giving out mashed potatoes (processed carbs) ...customer service is not key to them. They dont care. The word NO IS in their vocabulary. Not seeking an easy resolution unlike other locations where it's never a problem.
More people should request slaw--its healthier than processed mashed taters.
Remembered why we had not been to this location in 5 years...ask for slaw instead w 3 pc special, told "we can't do that" how complicated is it to swap out a small container that's already prepared?
Th, n to screw up both orders of cour, e we don't realize till we get all the way home. The chicken was extra greasy, hand and over cooked. I hate crunchy food when it's supposed to be original.
Overall poor service, poor food taste, lack listening skills, cooks not watching timers and unsatisfactory visit. It is a shame to spend money, and not enjoy the food, wasted money and time, and then be dissatisfied.
Corp please contact me. You need a district Mgr to pay a visit ...teach and train the young people on how to provide quality service and make drive thru a satisfying experience.

Read moreMY question is... It's 6pm and folk are getting off work and don't feel like cooking. WHY was there NO chicken cooked or even dropped down in the fryer??!!!! Then when asked, the one hood guy responded "Well y'all should've went home and cooked" then another hood guy saw me in dress clothes and tried to talk mess on me and then after learning what I do for a living, he started begging me for a job claiming he only makes $10/hour. I politely schooled him on his nasty and very hood attitude, pants sagging and overall looking nasty self and explained why he is working at KFC and probably always will. When I asked for my money back and told the staff, our money is what keeps them employed, there was dead silence. We finally got our food and extras after 30 minutes. The entire staff was just hood as hell and even the homeless people kept coming in begging customers for money and getting soda refills. This location must not have a manager and if they do... Read moreCashier Tierra is extremely rude. Ordered in drive thru. When I got to the window I asked if my meal came with a drink. She stated yes and that she rung me up for a Starry. I informed her I never ordered a Starry and she insisted that I did. Mind you I don’t even know what a Starry is. She got upset because I informed her I don’t know what a Starry is lol. Tierra are you okay? She asks me what I want and I told her a water. She aggressively handed me the water with the lid half way off so water is spilling and as I am saying thank you, she slams the window. I guess she saw me looking for a straw and proceeded to open the window only stick her hand out with a straw and slams the window again. As I check my food, a guy comes to the window and asks if everything is okay. I ask him is she okay and he states oh she’s acting like that because they’re on a timer.
