I have been to many different Chipotle’s in Gwinnett County. I have NEVER seen one so dirty and unkept as this location. They were not even busy around 7 pm when we visited today. There were at least 5 employees working from what I could see, so they were not short staffed. The floors were filthy and sticky. So sticky that my flip flop got stuck and I almost tripped and fell as soon we walked in. There was a wet floor sign but obviously not because it had been mopped. Every single table inside was dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and there was no toilet paper. Had to use brown stiff paper towels to wipe. There wasn’t even a trash bag in the garbage can. There were no napkins available in the dispenser near the drink station and only 5 straws in the straw cubby. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. Unfortunately, against my better judgment, we still ate here. Only because we were so hungry. The chips we received were wet and soggy. Yuck. The chicken bowls we ordered were all bland and didn’t taste fresh. I got so grossed out by the place I didn’t finish my meal and just hoped that I wouldn’t get sick from what I did eat. Very disappointing experience. We will never visit this location again. It’s lacking responsible and competent employees and clearly some real management. Terrible....
Read moreI don’t usually ever leave reviews nor do I ever complain about slow service. I understand things get backed up or other things affect the service, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant. I waited an hour and a half for a pickup order. They are not understaffed, they simply don’t care. Pickup and order line was ridiculous and the staff does not communicate nor do they even have a shred of concerns on getting orders completed. This is the only location Ive experienced this. This location made mcdonald on a Saturday night look like a formula one race in terms of speed. ABSOLUTELY SLOW AS HELL DONT GO HERE. I work across they place and can say that this is not a one off situation, they are ALWAYS SLOW.
Updated Review I want to say that after about 2 months from my previous review, this location has replaced their entire old staff. I want to say THANK YOU for doing that. That last crew did not give a single care about anything. This new staff that came in has been perfect. Food portion is on spot, never been any delay on the online order, and service has been friendly. Again thank you so much for replacing the staff, I can now go back...
Read moreIf you are black, do not come to this location. They will treat you as if you are the scum of the earth. I went to this location to pick up an order I placed. When I got there they said they did not have an order for me. I looked at the App and it says the order was somewhere in Atlanta. I asked the cashier how could I resolve this and he just gave me a “I don’t know, go pick it up where it is at!” The cashier called GeGe she turned around rolling her eyes asking what do I want… then the guy started speaking in Spanish and she just came over without introducing herself or ask me what was the issue. She just shouted “ We don’t give refunds here! You have to call! and pointed to a sticky note on a computer over the counter and walked off back to the preparation station. I then asked where was the new order I placed, the cashier tossed it to the side and started taking another customer as if I was not relaxant. Another cashier came to the register and proceeded my order.
