I love ❤️ Chick-fil-A for the food, but mostly the customer service, but it pains 😫 me to say that Maggie the manager gives this location and wonderful ower Chug Shafe, a bad name!!! We spend our hard earned money at these companies, (especially Chick-fil-A) do us any kind of way, no manger of an establishment shouldn't go back n forward with their customers, when clearly they are at fault, she was very argumentative about starving me bad food. I will blast this bad person, bad manger and this location on all our social media platforms, Please check all of your food before you leave!!!!! This is very disappointed!! So you are telling me that, I need to drive from office to come back to pick up just a thing of fries, that I ordered to enjoy the rest of my meal with, that's why I ordered them!! to eat with my meal together not separate, and you wanted to just compensate me with just some fries, after I drove back up here!! And then said oh yeah will Chick-fil-A fries looks like that after 45 mins, your talking about your product hun!! I'm sorry, the owners product, Wow!! and I did say, I had to come back from my office, so yes it would appear to be 45 mins driving back and forward!!! What manger would talk bad about their product like that!! Those fries were the last of the bad bunch and under the light, they were hard as a freaking brick and dried out, and the tater tots that were scooped up in my fries from breakfast, were Like dried up like raisins didnt even have tot in it!! Really Maggie!! Over my hard money, it may little to you, but its alot to me!!! Well I'm tired of giving my money to these companies and getting treated any kind of way and with this economy, Nope!! not going to do it, we have Informed all the companies I'm Involved with, not to use this location, for company catering!! Read moreBeen experiencing bad customer service at chick-fil-A on 5455 Jimmy Carter blvd. Norcross GA 30093. the worst in years, today was the straw that broke the camels back! The drive thru was as usual extremely busy, but staff was low, and customer service skills was barely present. Staff members were extremely rude young and bully. They couldnt handle the drive thru traffic, they make annoying requests for me to move from one spot to another. wanted me to go around and start over the long line to make place for cars behind me to leave the store. while I am making place for others to to move out, i am put in an inconvenient place to start over the long line. it is time consuming, time i do not have to waist specially at chick fil a drive throught!. I was basically asked to make it easy on others, and harder on me.?? Again, while picking up my order again I was asked to pull up, pull up, pull up. (by the way the car before/in front of me was not asked to pull up further) I aked the server, a young, hispanic, black hair, shorts, why you keep asking me to move around, start over, it is bothersome to clients. She reponded to me: " Than DO NOT COME BACK TO CHICK -FIL-A any more" in a very rude tone, and disrespectful manner, and walked away. I was stunned, while I was the victim , i was also insulted and kicked out of this store by an employee. I have been going to this place since it opened, My children eat there all the time, because it it their favorite place in the world. Read moreThe greeting: My initial visit I was greeted pleasantly which is typical for Chik-fil-a.
Food: My order was correct.
2nd visit: I had to run some errands and was unable to eat my food right away. After about 90 min I was finally able to eat and after about two bites I noticed hair in my food. I have new glasses so I thought I was seeing things so I asked my son what did it look like and he said, “mom that’s hair.” Unfortunately I had to go all the way back to the restaurant. The “greeters” were kind and offered to get the manager. The manager came out about 3 minutes later. I explained to her why I returned. She was holding the bag (she never looked in the bag in my presence) and receipt and was offering it back. I told her I did not want it so she threw both items in the nearby trash. She said she could make me another one and I said okay, thank you. I voluntarily pulled over in a space (so other customers can continue through the drive-thru) while waiting for a fresh veggie wrap. It took about 5-7 minutes for her to return with the new wrap.
My review isn’t to bash Chik-fil-a (that is why I did not provide a photo) because it has always been a pleasure and positive experience purchasing food from their establishments however I wanted to show that even the nicest and upstanding restaurants make mistakes.
