Was a barista myself. So I know how it is ... After a very long tome I decide to go in there and get my drink myself. That waz months ago
Fast foward .. 2 fldays ago. Around 5:30 I stopped at that location. On my way. To a football game .. I waited 10 minute for them to take my order in drive. ( and again I wasnt mad I figure they were. Short on staff ) after placing my order. I waited. More that 5 minutes. For somebody to take my payment. Nobody came. And my husband was super mad and super late to his game. I had. To leave without my drink š
Fast foward. This morning ... I decide to go there. And get some tea .. When I order online my coffee. It's always delicious. But when it comes to tea. I always get. Some super cold. And nasty stuff .. So I drove there and order. The way I always to. And I ask them to. Steam my milk ... That woman. Decided to charge me for a latte .. I told them. That's not how I normally get charge ... She. Said that she is a barista. For 13. And so year so his her manager. That I will be meeting. At the window ( like somebody ask to speak to a manager. ) so wr had to go back and forth. Her trying to teach me how to make beverage. And I told her. That I. Used to be a barista and what she is telling me is bot really accurate. I paid for the drink and left
But the drink remove. All the anger out of me because it was. Made. Like I wanted hot and tasty

Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot up to Starbucks brand standards of service, cleanliness and management. They should dis-franchise this and let it be it's own local shop. It was filthy dirty. Trash overflowing. Poor inventory. Every working staff counter-top had stuff laying all over the place: lemonade boxes, baking pans, trash, syrup, random tubs of stuff, cleaning rags, spray bottles... just everywhere! I think maybe the only reason the tables were clean is because customers pick up after themselves. We stopped at Starbucks to get a specific sandwich for 3 people, but ordered several other food and drink items for our whole party. They only had one of the sweet treats we wanted, so we chose alternatives for everyone else. But then, after paying and waiting for a while, we were informed they didn't have the sandwiches we came in for and we needed to oick something else. I wish they would have told us before we ordered, paid and waited for a while, because we'd have gone elsewhere. We weren't offered a refund, we were offered to pick alternatives. They did double-check the stock but were indeed out. The staff were very kind and friendly, but the service was VERY slow, even though I didn't see anyone lolly-gagging about, which makes me think they are poorly staffed? The one hot drink of the order also had a good inch, or two fingers width, that it wasn't filled from the top so it was like paying for a larger size but getting the size below or less. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am a frequent flyer at Starbucks, but this location has been struggling since it opened. If I have the time I will go out of my way to avoid this one. They are terribly slow and consistently mess up a 4 ingredient drink. Today was my final visit, three of the team members argued with me that a drink I've had for over a year now does not exist. Even when I told them how to make it they insisted they could not make it. I waited for 14 minutes in the drive thru to leave with nothing. The drink isn't even custom, its ON THEIR MENU and when I showed it to the shift manager, the 3rd person I waa discussing this issue with, she then told me corporate instructed them to only make it a certain way. Well, I called corporate and informed them that they were being used as a scapegoat for terrible service. I really want this location to succeed. I've given it many chances. I gave it the benefit of the doubt that because it as new it was dysfunctional. Its months in existence and they are still on the struggle bus. I just want my drinkš
Adding to my review because its sadly not getting any better here. Just waited for my drink for 15 minutes, only to ask why it wsnt made seeing as how theres NO ONE inside nor is there one person in drive thru. I am waiting here and literally watching them restock the cups....not one person making a drink. When I asked they said "oops, guess the ticket didnt print"š¤·āāļø ouch. I think it's my absolute last attempt at this...
