No stars, This place should be shut down. I'm going to give the short story of this horrible experience. My family andi my family and I decided to go to the Church's on Candler road. My family went in and decided to sit in the the restaurant and eat before we got on the road. Mistaken I left my purse, got down the road about 12 mins and noticed I didn't have my purse. I then called the store and informed the employee that I left my purse and I was coming back to get it. The employee stated, there was a big crowd came behind us and that there was no purse there, phone disconnected, so I called back and let them know that I left my purse they just told me that they never saw my purse did a big crowd came in behind us and that the employee asked all the other employees and that no one saw a purse.I called back twice and let them know that I was coming back to get my purse they told me no one saw it . I told him that I was going to involve the police and to get their district manager there. The employee told me that they could not get the district manager, I informed them that I was coming with the police they hung up the phone and call me back 2 minutes later and said they found my purse.I arrived back to the Church's ito retrieve my purse and I was spoken to with the nasty attitude from the female employee that said she was the manager. I was confused why she was so upset. The manager had an attitude and got loud, and talked over me asking questions. I asked her where did she find my purse, since the big crowd came and all the employees never saw it how did my purse just show up. The employee manager stated she found the purse in the bathroom. You have to be given a key from the restaurant to get in the bathroom and I never went into the bathroom. Needless to say all my items were in my purse. Thank God. Never ever go inside or to that Church's. There are...
Read moreThis is the WORST church’s I’ve been to. DO NOT come here. I placed a mobile order on June 26, I ordered a spicy two piece and an apple pie. When I got to the window the girl that handled me my food kept asking if I was a door dash and I said no. I pulled into a park and realized I was missing my apple pie. I walk back up to the drive thru window and another young lady with bright red hair said “are you the one with the apple pie?” I responded yes, the young lady then stated “they said we out of apple pies that’s why they gave you two extra biscuits” I said no I want a refund I don’t want two extra (dry) biscuits. She then asked the cook what do she do? He then said to call a number on the receipt for missing items. I went on the receipt and said I was missing an item and no one has gotten back to me yet. I even left back reviews on the survey, STILL no one has gotten back to me and I still DONT have a refund or an apple pie. I will NEVER spend my money here again. The employees act like they can’t comprehend, communicate, or fairly compensate you. I’m still trying to figure out how two dry biscuits equal the price of an apple pie. NOT once did anyone communicate that with me (until I said something) or asked did I want anything in place of the...
Read moreChicken was piping hot, tasted great and cob corn was hot and good to. Placed order and before taking it employee informed me there would be a 10min wait for dark meat. I responded "I'll wait." When I got to window for payment I thanked her and stated how much I appreciated her informing me of wait time before taking my order. Shared with her how most fast food places do just the opposite; order is taken, money is taken, they inform you of wait time, ask you to pull forward and say it'll be brought out to you when ready. Then while you wait 7 or 8 cars get their order, drive away and you still sitting. SPOILER ALERT: I decided in July that I will no longer pull forward and wait. I should be informed of wait time when placing order, given the option to wait and let me decide if I'm okay with waiting. Anything else is unacceptable! So now any fast food drive thru I use, if I'm asked to pull up after paying, my response is a very polite, no maam or no sir; if I can't get my order here at the window, just give me my money back and I'll go elsewhere. If enough patrons would begin doing this I believe it would put a stop to this foolishness! But whether anyone else agrees with me or not I will continue to stand my...
