Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Georgia

This is the first time my order has been messed up I ordered the 16-piece meal instead I got the 8-piece meal I was old another box of chicken that I paid for because it's the 16-piece meal it's supposed to be two boxes of chicken and I paid $39 for that whole meal that's including the sides everything else was correct and I don't know what's wrong with the cashier but it's a whole vibe with her attitude she needs to keep her mind on what she's doing because she's handling these people's orders and she's messing up these people's orders I don't know what she doing it on purpose or not I ordered a 16-piece but I got a 8 piece meal y'all need to talk to your employees and get those orders correct best mainly the reason why when people's orders are messed up they keep coming back over there to Church's Chicken the employers are messing up people's orders I paid for the 16 piece and all I got was a 8-piece meal so homegirl took the rest of my chicken home and I paid for it and I asked for a Sprite she gave me a strawberry drink she messed up my order and then told me to bring the chicken back and then tried to put it on the manager and the manager wasn't even in there to begin with she messed up my order the chunky light skin girl with the red hair the manager didn't come in till later that night see if you going to tell a lie at least make sure you believe it

The two young gentlemen that that are working there they were extremely nice and helpful and when I would order a 12-piece or a 16 piece they will always give me what I asked for but with the chunky light skin girl with the red hair for some reason she need a reality check on her nasty attitude she always trying to catch an attitude with people and she's handling people's orders that's bad for business and if they start to lose business they have her to thank you might have to get corporate over here at Church's Chicken so they can look and see what's going on and how people's orders are being handled...

The cashier he was so rude. No one had on a name tag. If they did I would put it here. . The cashier didn’t even acknowledge me. The young lady who was working took my order. She had complications , She didn’t know about the specials 2 for 4.99. After her manager help her , and I got ready to pay. I stated to another customer. I know I’m not stupid. The guy who was supposed to be the cashier came out of know where talking about they not stupid either. And telling me in a rude way, I have to press the button at the bottom of the POS system . As I stated to that young man, I was not talking to you and nobody stated that you were stupid. He proceeded to want to go back-and-forth with me and like I told him he don’t have no customer service skills and he should not be arguing with a customer . The number one rule in customer service is the customer is always. Regardless of how the employee feel. I am a Pastry Chef. I’m in the kitchen everyday. Cooking real food from scratch . Nobody had on hair net or a hat. The manger had on a hair net but it was half way off. The manager have To set an example. If the manager is not doing anything right, then the employees under the manager is not going to do anything right. Anybody can get physical contamination in the food without in proper PPE . The way the young man was talking to me . You guys won’t have no customer . Then he proceeded to tell me go ahead and pay go ahead and pay go ahead and pay. I won’t buy nothing from another churches chicken. Young people failed to realize the customers is what makes your check. Without no customers, you have no job . Without a job, you have no money. And make it so bad I used to know one of the old general managers that ran this churches chicken . Ever since Ms Angela left this churches have went down . The store was messy and not clean . At that point, I did not pay for the food. I did not want it . who wants to eat food that’s coming out of a place where the...

As I pulled up to the Drive Thru to place my order I was told to wait to place my order by the young lady taking orders so I did that and noticed after 5 minutes she never came back and I was the only car in line....So I finally pull around to the window to see if they forgot and noticed the young chubby heavy set lady leaning on the counter was having a loud conversation and laughing with the other female co worker inside ..So I sat another 5 minutes thinking she would notice me the other co worker finally tells her.... Hey someone is at the window...So she walks over and leans down and just gives me the worst look without saying anything...So I told her good evening I was just trying to place a order...She replied didn't I tell you we was out of chicken with a attitude and I told her no I had been just waiting at the speaker then she ask me ..Then why did I leave the speaker?......I told her I had a long day and I just wanted to order a two piece I can pull back around to the speaker and she told me yes you do that then she slammed the window...At that point I just felt it would be better if I parked and walked in since it was only one lady standing at the counter...When I walked in and the other lady left I was ignored dead to my face for another 5 minutes with the young lady cussing very loud,blew her nose by the chicken like it was funny and picking up the Chicken and throwing it around in front of my face while telling other costumers they are out of chicken that was pulling up in drive thru.... After that I just walked out and as I pulled around to leave I noticed two girls at the window and I told them the girl was blowing her nose by the chicken so they pulled off and the young lady came to the window and cuss me out ...I just Left ....Girls like that are not worth me going up the street to DeKalb County Jail for... They will never get my hard earned money again.....The fat short loser that has to bring her kids in the lobby...
