The manager on 6/18/2022 for the closing shift said there is nothing that he could do for leaving out a $4.69 sandwich on my order. I called because I'm not going to drive back after being gone just for a sandwich. That's a hassle on my end. The fact that I even asked the girl at the drive thru window before i left if everything's in the bag and she said a short "yes". I asked if he can just refund me the cost of the missing sandwich and he went on and said that he can't do it just for one item and that he has to do the entire order. I wasn't asking him to refund the entire order. I paid for it and i didnt get everything that i paid for. All I'm asking is that he provide a solution for the mistake. He rudely said again that there's nothing he could do. At this point,all I was waiting was an apology. It's not about the sandwich or the money anymore. All throughout that call, he kept saying to me there's nothing he could do. I'd probably go back there next time if he could have just apologized and perhaps even offered a $5 gift card or something in exchange for the missing sandwich. But nope, no apologies , nothing. I even reiterated to him that basically for saying that "he couldn't do anything about it "means that DQ owes me $5. That being said, I told this manager ( the guy on the phone )that I am going to file a complaint and asked for his name which he said he will never give. Look at the pictures of what i found in my mouth while eating 1 of their burgers on 8-2-2025 approximately 5:08pm maybe some kind of sharp, possibly plastic, piece of part of a pull out drawer they store food in warmers. BEWARE. It cut my mouth open.
I love thier salads, this is about the only place left who makes a fresh salad to order. I have allergies to cheese and they will leave it off. Almost everywhere else says they are premade and can't remove the cheese. Except when they mess up and leave the thing you are allergic to on the salad, despite the fact that you put it as an item to remove. And now they won't answer the phone.
Cane back and ordered on the app. It said it would be ready by 9:06pm. I arrived at the driver thru and no one was inside or in the drive thru. I had to wait to tell them I had a mobile order. Then I waited 6 minutes at the window. They offered a free ice cream for the wait. (I can not- i am allergic) Said ot would be a few minutes. I counted 6 people in there on their phones. Only 2 were working. It took until 9:21 pm to get 2 hambergers and my 1 soda. The one who brought it apologized, but why are they paying these people? 3 people in line behind me...
Read moreI went through the drive through of this location earlier today to get a little treat for myself. I looked at the blizzard that they handed me after i reached the edge of the parking lot and realized that it was the wrong blizzard. I was really looking forward to my favorite blizzard so I went inside to try and get the one I ordered. I hand it to the person at the counter and they go into the back to try and find the one I ordered. The young lady at the drive through window says “Oh is that (blank)? I need that” and hands it out to the costumer there at the time. Don’t forget that that is the same blizzard that I had just tried and put the spoon back into! They gave that out! I’m a very healthy individual and wouldn’t have given anyone anything but what if that happens again and that person does have something? Very sweet costumer service and would attend again after a long week for that alone, but the owners need to lead a good example and run a good hygienic business!
