Horrible service. I do not recommend. Ordered at 7pm on Saturday night. Food was delivered quickly and delivery person was very nice. HOWEVER... The food wasn't worth the money we paid and our order was wrong. Double cheeseburger papadia was missing pickles, had very little cheese, and barely any meat. Advertised as being double the beef, tons of melty cheese, and pickles with burger sauce. What I got was a pizza crust with very little cheese on it, tons of burger sauc, hardly any meat and onions.
We also ordered the garlic wings. The entire box was soaked in grease and upside down when delivered and made a huge mess. I called the store and was immediately put on hold for almost 10 minutes.when I finally was able to talk to someone they transferred me to another person and I was on hold for another four and a half minutes. After almost 15 minutes of being on hold a manager finally answered the phone and offered to remake my meal for me free of charge, but said that she wouldn't be able to make my order for another two to three hours.
We also asked for the garlic sauce but were given ranch and blue cheese. I told the manger 2+ hours was unacceptable and I would be contacting Corporate with a complaint. Then she hung up on me. I went online to customer service and they wouldn't do anything for me and told me to contact the store.
I called the store again and talked to two more employees and the manager wouldn't take my call. Instead she cancelled my order and said she would refund my money. I tried to explain that I wanted my dinner expedited like any other restaurant world do when the order is wrong. The manger never returned to the phone and the poor employee had to tell me they weren't going to be able to make my order tonight.
At which point I said your customer service is horrible and I'm leaving a bad review and never ordering from you again. At which point I said thank you for nothing and hung up the phone.
Rude manager who needs to be properly trained in hospitality or fired for being so unprofessional. How in the hell do you mess up a pizza or on a Saturday night? And then tell me you're not going to deliver my pizza until almost 11:00 p.m., and when I said it was unacceptable they canceled my order and hung up the phone on me? I don't think so.
If you like rude people who don't appreciate their customers and their hard-earned money, then go ahead and eat there. But I will never call that...
   Read moreI placed an online order for delivery on 5/29 at 6 pm . I live 2 mins from the papa johns location . My estimated time for delivery was 6:26-6:40 . Around 6:50pm I called the store because my order was saying on the way for about 10 mins . The lady that answered the phone was very friendly but the other lady was very rude in the background saying I needed to wait because the driver just left 5 mins ago . I said thank you and we hung up . Around 7:10 pm my order was still not here but the tracker was saying on the way . At 7:10 pm I called back to the store and the same lady answered the phone because she remembered my name . When I explained to her that my order was still not here and that I live 2 mins from store she relaid the message to the her manager and other lady and they all started laughing as soon as she finished explaining that my order wasnât here . I was told to wait for another 15-20 mins and thatâs when I requested to speak to a manager . The male manager got on the phone and was very unprofessional stating I needed to wait another 15 mins and I asked why if my order has been saying on the way before 6:40 pm . Then he explained to me that the driver had to take multiple orders at the same time . To me it would make more sense to drop off my order first, seeing that I am 2 mins away literally. So when I asked again when would my order be here he said his driver is pulling in . I didnât receive any apology. I totally understand things happen and we are all human and things do run late but the issue I am having is I feel like I wasnât taken seriously as a customer.    Read moreMy experience with this location was beyond disappointing. After paying for their overpriced pizza they sent me a pizza with RAW DOUGH. It was so over-sauced that I couldn't take a bite without globs of sauce falling onto my plate and the white strings pulling off of the slice were raw dough not cheese. I dissected one piece and sure enough it was mostly uncooked. When I called the store I was put on hold for 18 minutes! I hung up and called back, asked for a manager, and was put on hold for another six minutes. When the manager, who identified himself as Aubie, finally answered he really could not have cared less about any of my complaints. After stating each issue, he just sat there silent. I went on about how I had fed my children raw dough, getting increasingly frustrated by his silence and his answer was, "I mean I don't know how it was raw, we put it in the oven." Okay, genius. Let me explain to you what happens to dough when you pour a gallon of sauce on it then run it through the oven at the same time and temp as normal. IT DOES NOT COOK. Obviously I said it nicer than that and he was like, "Well you done said you ain't calling us no more so whatchou want me to do?" !?!?!
