I'm a regular at this location only because it's the closest to my residence. The night crew around 9 pm-ish lacks customer service, respect, patience, performance & speed and the the food is sloppily made.
Everytime I go through drive thru it takes the crew at least 5 minutes to say anything and when they do, it's with an attitude.
If you're unhappy working at a place then don't work there. I understand people have bad days however, this is a recurrence especially from the manager Nae.
She complains about my friend and I using the app to collect the points for food/beverages, coupons or anything that we ever order. We're on a budget...What's the point of having the reward program if it's an issue using it?
Nae had the audacity to yell at us on 9/25 that we were running up their clock & we needed to come back in the morning if we wanted the refund we asked for due to her not knowing how to scan the barcode correctly in order to receive an item for free from the app. It seems she & others need to go over training again to become more tech savvy.
The previous experience we had was another employee ringing up the wrong Blizzard & all four of them were extremely melted by the time we got them. Nae of course had an attitude like always & tried to tell me I ordered what was rung up on the receipt. Another issue is lack of listening skills. I know I didn't order a certain Blizzard because my son is allergic to peanut butter...why would I order that?
They are very slow and very unorganized. There is ALWAYS a long wait due to their poor performance.
I will definitely be reporting these continuous problems & experiences to Corporate & to the BBB about these issues that we experience from the night crew. They don't deserve the one star I had to select just to post...

I recently visited this location and ordered two blizzards, one cookie dough, and one royal chocolate fudge. However, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the drive-thru took longer than usual, and when I finally got to the window, the employee didn't greet me or confirm my order details or the total amount. She just reached out to take my card. Despite this, I handed her my card and received a very messy cup with the royal fudge blizzard. It was overfilled and dripping off the sides, indicating that it had been sitting there for several minutes while I was waiting. When I asked for a napkin, the employee responded aggressively with "HUH??" I had to repeat myself, and she gave me a bunch of crumpled napkins. I ignored it and moved on.
Upon trying the blizzards, I found that the ice cream itself was decent, but the royal fudge blizzard was missing the fudge center, and only the top half was blended. The bottom half was pure vanilla ice cream. The cookie dough blizzard was also missing the chocolate sauce, and only half of it was blended.
The quality of care that went into preparing the blizzards is a concerning point, but I am more bothered by the attitude displayed by the employee at the window.
Overall, the service and food quality were very disappointing, and it was a waste of $10 and 15 minutes of my time. I will not be returning anytime soon and will return to using the Ashley...
Read moreI recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen’s . The service I received was far below what I expected. Firstable the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful; they lacked basic knowledge about how to greet and address customers.
During my visit, I encountered a particular employee that greet us like someone in the street. Firstable this young men didn’t have a uniform and he had a hoodie at a register. Which, it surprised me since Dairy Queen (3277 Inner Perimeter Rd) uses uniforms and this location has an OUTSTANDING service. This employee got upset at the register and left the register stumping like a child and very disrespectful. Then the support provided by the manager was not what we expected; no apology or accountability for this employee in a place of business. The lack of professionalism was evident, and it made the whole experience frustrating.
Moreover, the overall attitude of the employees conveyed a lack of concern for customers' needs. It's disheartening to see such a disregard for customer satisfaction.
I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and improve their customer service quality for future patrons. Until then, I'm hesitant to return or recommend this...
