So, my family and another family went to this location after church tonight. It was 8:30. The 3 gentleman working were so friendly and so nice. We did not realize they closed at 9:00 that night. When we realized it, we felt bad for coming in right at closing and tried to leave, but they kept on insisting that we were fine and convinced us that we were OK and that we should stay, so we did. About 15 mins later another couple came in and the gentlemen did informed them that they were close to closing, so they chose to leave. Now, I'm not sure if they did anything wrong or against policy or not, but the manager, Kyle, came running in from outside waving his arms and yelling at the guys to get out of his store for telling the customers that they couldn't stay, because they were closed, which they did not say, but he was so unprofessional and rude and inappropriate and when he ran in yelling, it scared my 10 yr old. I was so upset and I felt bad so bad for the way those guys were humiliated in front of us, the customers, that we didn't get our food. We left so mad, that we didn't care what they may have done or if they may have been wrong, we were just so disgusted. So if you see this, Shame on you Kyle, we're praying you find Jesus and some professionalism. Read moreWas easy to find seating, but not so easy to get a cup of coffee or beverage. As we werw waiting we wateched 3 employees liaten to the phone ring and never answer the phone. The manager came running for it, and it was honestly under a stack of papers one of the servers was folding. We waited for 10 minutes before the manager asked us if someone had helped us yet. We politely told her "not yet". She let the server know she had a table. The server then rudely replied " I know, I'm finishing my call". I don't know if a call is serving term or if she meant an actual phone call, but either way, she was obviously upset that the manager said something to her. She aggressively walked up to our table with a not so friendly look on her face. She was very annoyed looking. My husband and I decided we did not want that type of attitude handling our breakfast, nor did we want her bad attitude to ruin our morning, so we left. We never even were offered a glass of water in all that time. Very disappointed as I was looking Forward to breakfast there. I was just finishing up my lunch when the waitress dropped a big pile of dishes in the sink so hard that it about made me jump out of my skin.
