Persis Biryani Indian Grill — Restaurant in Valdosta

If you're passing through on I75 and looking for a place to eat, consider this place a must stop. Especially if you enjoy Indian food or are just tired of the same old road trip options. Service was very friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and well seasoned with delightfully developed flavors (you can choose your own spice level if you're worried about that). If you have kids, the kids menu is cheap and generous with its portion. The regular menu prices are very reasonable and the portions were perfect. I liked the atmosphere. It was clean and quiet and a smallish space (but not over packed with tables). They could do more with it if they wanted to, and maybe they will. There is a cute looking outside seating area for when the weather is nice, but it was too hot today to think about that. Would absolutely recommend and will stop here again if the opportunity arises on...

The food was great, we ordered chicken Biryani, goat Biryani, Shrimp Biryani and Mango chicken Masala. And Samosa for appetizer which was AMAZING. The chicken was soft, the goat was tinder and didn’t have a weird smell. The shrimp was good as well and the mango chicken masala was aromatic. Their naan was very average. Their Mango lassi was great and had a yummy cardamom taste. Their service was nice, however because the restaurant is new, some of the waitresses are not well trained and not very informed about the food but they ask the manager and the chef and they are very helpful. The chef came to our table to answer our questions.

All in all it was a pleasant experience and finally a nice Indian restaurant...

I want to report worst experience we had, we were enroute Florida to Atlanta, we called hotel that we are reaching in 35min and want to pre order, they asked the. Items to be ordered, they asked us to call again when we are about to reach 20 minutes, after reaching Hotel, they have no idea who took the order and one said did u call again asked to call before 20 minutes, they jusy ignored our order and they took fresh order said it will be done in 5 minutes, after waiting for 20 minutes also we didnt get the food yet then we left, they are rude as well, worst experience, dont recommend who are in hungry...
