Tonight I had the worst Starbucks experience of my entire life in this store.

The manager "Justin" was given numerous opportunities to make the situation better and simply refused to do anything more than give a negative attitude and arguments.

When I arrived at the store I ordered a nitro cold brew as I've done countless times elsewhere. He told me that the machine was down and compressor needs fixing blah blah blah and so I requested a cold brew. He indicated that they were out of that as well.

He then offered me iced coffee which I accepted and as he rang up the total I realized he was simply charging me full price for a beverage I don't really love. When I mentioned this to him he responded that there was nothing he could do. I suggested this was not a great customer experience and he stared back with a blank face. I then asked if there was another store in the area that served my desired beverage and he said he thought so. I asked him to call them and confirm while I used the restroom and he told me the name of the store when I came out.

When I punched that store into my map I saw it was already closed. I asked him about it and he said he wasn't sure if they had changed their hours. When I asked him whether he had just attempted to send me to a closed store he just kept repeating he didn't know which is strange if he had actually called the store.

I asked him for the phone number of a manager and he said he didn't have one. I asked him for the corporate number and he said he doesn't have it. He told me to look in the app so I pulled out the app and asked him to show me where the number is and he said he didn't know.

I asked him again if he would make any attempt at customer service to remedy the situation. With the consistent attitude he asked me what I wanted to make it right. I told him even the smallest gesture would be well received such as only charging for a medium but giving a large. Some sort of token that acknowledges that neither my first nor second preferred beverage was available.

He wanted to argue about whether those beverages are "not available" because he sees it as a different situation because the compressor is broken not because he did something wrong (or some illogical nonsense like that).

I eventually left the store without a beverage, without a phone number to follow up with, and with the bad taste of the worst experience I've ever had in...

I was driving to Florida and I was looking for Starbucks when I found it that's very happy unfortunately my happiness is gone minute I walk into this place if I could I would -5 stars and quickly reason being why First of all the so-called balistas didn't know what is John Wayne or undertow. You walk in and unfortunately you feel worst attitude of all employees like they have to work here like it is mandatory for them to be here and to be pissed off enough for everyone. that's okay but I was asking if he could ask other colleagues and unfortunately I got no answer and coworkers even didn't bother to get involved since the place was empty and they heard me asking to ask for help of his other Batista's that's okay too but the place when you working in the morning none of those guys are even smile or give you welcome unfortunately I'm sorry I felt like they have to work here it's like there's no other place to work looks like they're very unhappy that's my opinion as the customer will travel throughout United States and has been visited many places not only Starbucks but this is one of the worst Starbucks that I have been in. I have save this place on the Google application so I will never come back over here. I would rather drive another 10 miles just to get my coffee elsewhere but that's okay I have learned and hopefully if you read this you will be cautious...

The Starbucks Experience - mine was so great! It was more than I expected but everything that I was told it could be. From the moment that I crossed the threshold, I was treated like VIP. I was greeted verbally and with smiles when I walked in the door by the baristas. I ordered the Eggnog Frappe. When the shift manager went to confirm if it was available, I encouraged him not to because I choose something else. He insisted and went to find out. He came back and informed me that it wasn't available until next Tuesday and suggested a flavor, which I got. They offered to remake it if it wasn't to my liking but the drink was delicious! The barista who made it did a great job. I was so impressed. After that, I just had to tell them that I worked for the company in the customer service department. They were too hyped to receive the compliment. The general manager even came out to greet me and she was very personable. I was blown away by the efforts that they made to make me feel like I was special as a customer. You would have thought that I spent $100.00 when I only can in to redeem a free coupon on my app! I will...

Valdosta, GA. Zero greetings or eye contact when we entered, although they gave a loud welcome to the people after us. Steve put in a tip and got an unsmiling thank you from one of the baristas, and when I smiled at her she finally smiled back. It’s a tiny stand alone venue, and almost all the inside tables had remote work going on. It is extremely difficult to access the entrance driveway. The exit from drive through is hidden by bushes at an odd angle so be careful. The banana bread was good, as was the Pikes Place brew. Some of the team seemed to be happy to work there, particularly the barista in the cowboy hat, who joked with a friend.

The service at Starbucks St. Augustine Rd. Is exceptional. The staff are attentive and go beyond and above to assure we are satisfied. The staff is very tolerant of small alterations, the taste is consistent every time and they genuinely care about their guests. BRAVO!!! To Sam and his Team!!! Thank you Sam for making every visit enjoyable. We had a chance to meet Nick Ervin ( District Manager) I was completely impressed with his professionalism. Nick was courteous and pleasant to talk to. He wanted to know what keeps us coming back? OMG that’s so Awesome!! You Guys Rock!!!!! Jerene and Constance Strickland

Road tripping!!! If there are no local coffee places, Starbucks is the next best place to stop to get that energy jolt (and use the internet). Very busy! BE NICE! Drive thru was crowded, I needed to stretch my legs anyways so I went in (which wasn't too crowded). Employees were nice, store was clean with plenty of places to sit (as well as outside). Drink was just how I requested (iced vanilla latte, nothing freaky for God's sake). Will definitely stop again if in the area.
