Absolutely horrible!! Iâm a very honest up front person and also a loyal customer. I have worked in fast food before so I know how things go. From management to the owner of store terrible!! I did promise a good review but after my visit yesterday absolutely not. I order through the Dairy Queen app all the time. These last two times around has been terrible. Letâs get to it! I ordered through the store app for delivery and gotten another customer order. When I contacted the store the manager Rehan was rude. First off I was very respectful and allowed him to explain himself without snapping like any other customer. He kept telling me he had given the driver two order and basically blamed me. So I told him sir I didnât order through DoorDash so Iâm not sure who to contact other than the number the store give you through your phone with the driver number but nothing else. He said well âI donât know.â So we briefly hung up for me to contact that driver number. The driver sounded very innocent and wanted to make things right by that effort I just knew the driver didnât make that mistake. Especially since my last encounter using their app. Getting back to the story I asked was it away for them To just remake order so I could come pick up. He said âNo you will have to pay.â So I said so you are telling me itâs my fault. He said âit wasnât his.â So I said what are we going to do about this sir? He said âi donât know you eat it.â So I began becoming very annoyed while maintaining respect. I then asked for his name. he said âwhy?â I then said because I will be contacting corporate due to we wasnât making improvements. Corporate then reached out to store owner. The owner email type was very unprofessional as she also began backing her manager. In other words it was his word over my evidence that I was wrongly served. I stated in the email I sent to her that I was very easy to work with and that it was a simple fix, All I wanted was my order remade or an refund. She then granted me 1/2 of what i finally asked for. Remaking of food. The fact I had to go through all of this just to receive something i rightfully deserved was crazy. I did get my food remade but when I went in there Rehan began having an attitude with me. He started off as if he wasnât bothered. Then when he made my blizzard, he flipped it upside down in a sarcastic way. and then put a top on it slammed it down before me. Then when I was still standing there âhe asked why was I still there.â I then stated that I was also waiting on the food that was also apart of my order. So then he rushed the cook and basically forced box in my hand. I have very great self control so yes it was hard to react. IF you are reading this please save yourself time. Itâs 50/50 with this place if something goes wrong 9/10 itâs your fault. I didnât even mention workers eating in the face of others while serving and or making food. I hate to be this person I truly do because Iâm very understanding and do not...
Read moreI stopped by to pick up an Oreo Blizzard and received a premade Oreo Blizzard. If I wanted a premade frozen Oreo ice cream, I would have gone to a grocery store. Nonetheless, as soon as I drove off from the drive-through, the cup was as consistent as the ice cream. Had I eaten that, I would have been sick for some days. However, I went back into the store and asked the guy to make me a fresh Oreo Blizzard, and he pulled out more frozen Oreo Blizzards from the fridge. Once again, I told him I wonât eat that and asked him to make it fresh. He tried, but this time there were minimal Oreos in the blizzard. Therefore, I went back inside and requested a full refund. A cook came out of the back and made another blizzard for me and processed my refund, but it was over by then, I would not have eaten it if it were my last meal on earth đ. Lastly, I will say that the supervision here has to be better for thereâs no way these guys should be eating (middle eastern young guy) ice cream at the drive through while serving crappy food. Additionally, if someone orders food and then another customer (behind the guy who ordered food) orders ice cream, politely ask the first customer to pull forward since making ice cream doesnât take as long. Everything should be made fresh to order. It seems from this Dairy Queen that they have sacrificed quality for quantity, which will be a recipe for disaster. If upper management doesnât make immediate changes, this...
Read moreToday I ordered chicken strips, fries and a Oreo blizzard . I sat in the drive through line almost 20 minutes . My food was room temperature and wasnât hot at all. My blizzard was melted as if it was sitting there the entire time I waited in the line . I asked for fresh food and a new blizzard. The Caucasian man with the blue t-shirt that labeled himself as the shift lead and refused to let me speak with a manager . Stating his managers name is âAJâ & he wasnât here . He asked me to pull up with an attitude and of course I said no . I had already waited in line for 20 minutes . He slammed the window shut and 30 seconds later gave me the same exact food with even less fries. & the exact same melted blizzard with a lid on it this time. I went inside and asked for more fries and a different worker gave me more , just for the fries to be cold as well. Waiting isnât a problem for me, but at least serve fresh hot food . And donât get an attitude when a customer wants quality when thatâs what theyâre paying for. That shift lead needs more training became his attitude is not that of a leader at all.
They didnât flip my blizzard upside down before giving it to me either. Thatâs probably because all the milk wouldâve spilled out from it...
