I had a wonderful and very sweet barista named Jessica, who was so attentive as well very genuine in helping with my order. She went above and beyond the call of duty in using her app when I did not have my app set up yet since I declined not to inconvenience the customers behind in order to set it up. But she was so caring that she wanted me to be able get the 50 percent on my Caramel Ribbon Crunch coffee for the last day sale, that she took the time whip up her app in the matter of mere seconds and scanned it on scanner. And I really appreciate her for doing that, even though she was not obligated to do so, but she did it for me anyways. The other pivotal thing was that she created the environment with her cheerful and lovely personality, in enabling each customer to feel like home and welcomed there. "Look at this. 12 scoops of such and such. They are insane." I wouldn't have guessed it was my drink until she told them the name for the order. I'm sorry that I add that much, but it's my drink and that's how I like it. Thereās a better Starbucks down the road less than a mile, I highly recommend that location over this one. It just sucks bc when youāre grocery shopping the Kroger one is convenient.
