My experience was horrible! I am not one for all of this, however here is my story, I created an online order to be picked up curbside. I ordered a box of bagels. My daughter was shopping in the area so she was picking it up. The young lady came out handed her a bag she didn't look inside to verify the order and drove off. When I received the order I called and advised the staff I was missing the bagels, they are not sliced and the cream cheese should was wrong. I wanted to return and swap being covid that isn't aloud, understood, if they can delivery the bagels they advised they are not set up with delivery. So I went to pick them up. I returned home to find I am missing bagels called again Advised they were out of a certain kind and the girl should have told you , well she didn't . Back I go, went to the window as instructed, the young lady hands me the 2 bagels and tells me 3.30 for the cream cheese I advised No I am not paying this is my 3rd trip and went through the story again I asked for her name as she shut the window on me and tell me she isn't providing this information. I proceeded to call corporate and lodge a complaint to find this location is a franchise and will be escalated to the owner. There was no attempt for this young unexperienced staff to resolve any of these issues. There was no empathy. Read moreHave eaten here often as it is close to office for lunch and on my way in to work. My last two trips have been poor experiences from a service perspective. First time I ordered a Baja bowl with chicken and the rice was ice cold. When I took it up they assured me it was correct and tried to explain to me why the bowl was still cold on the bottom. After a couple of more bites I found it inedible and took it up again and after some discussion it was finally re-made but not even a simple “We are sorry about that”. This morning the person in front of me was told his incorrect order was right based on the ticket even though it wasn’t what the customer ordered. Then for my order, even though I was able to order decaf I was told they had no decaf in the restaurant (supply chain, I get it, but again no sorry for the confusion or inconvenience), and then to top it off the apple that I ordered as a side and paid for wasn’t in the bag when I got to work. Read moreBeen a minute but went with friends. I order pick 2 and wonder why so pricey my total. Then my friend while ordering asks about sides but are only given a couple but menu clearly has more. She says cashier team member says I don't know (standard answer) so she went with chips. I get my order and the pick 2 are full size individual which was confusing sing that had not happen before. It was explained baguettes can not be in pick 2 (even though a picture posted as such exact items I had ordered posted big as day as pick 2), I say the cashier should of said so. I ask for to go containers because obviously won't be able to eat it all. Response don't have any to fit, causes me to wonder how on line done. A side a whole apple not pieces which not clarified which should be so got chips. By now very disappointed and a bit peeved. Also dining area very dirty on floor and some tables not wiped.
