Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

Horrible customer service. Website stated “50% off online pizza order” coupon did not attach. Tried to explain it and was blamed by the manager I am guessing ( white guy with beard, tats and sunglasses) for not paying close enough attention when checking out. Had to re-order my order which showed the coupon did not attach again and finally got it to work. I was warned that if this happens again they would not be able to honor it even though the website stated it until 7/15/2018. Funny thing is even the staff along with the mean manager stated they had no idea how it worked! I work in customer service and this was a joke! Please send some secrete shoppers to this location! We order here all the time and it's great.. it gets here fast and is always good. Well I go online to place an order and it says I can't place an online order. So I call which was already upsetting since I wouldn't be able to get my points towards my free pizza. A lady answers the phone saying they're unable to place orders because the computers are down. And to call back in a half hour. Why do you need a computer to cook and deliver a pizza. Do they not have menus with the prices? All cellphones have calculators. I've worked in many places that used computers to place orders and print tickets. And they've gone down on my shift. That's when you hand write a ticket. I bet the owner if this store would be upset to know they're losing a lot of business during the standard...

Carla is the name I was given by the associate that I spoke to on the phone. I placed an order for pizza and was given an estimate of 40 to 45 minutes. After 45 minutes I decided to call to check on an estimated delivery time and was told it would be another 30 to 45 minutes because they are short staffed and it was very busy. I was not rude at all and I was very understanding, however Carla was incredibly rude to me for simply calling to ask the question. I understand you may deal with rude customers from time to time, but I was not one of those.
