Dunkin' — Restaurant in Georgia

This Dunkin location has a disrespectful staff every time I’m here. I never post reviews but I’ve been drinking coffee more so I’ve been having more of these negative encounters. The staff is mostly Indian (99% sure) & are straight up rude to those that are American. They are super chill with the Somali & Ethiopian ppl that are always here but switch up on a lot of other folks. They always rush you to order if you take more than 2 secs to look at the menu. I like trying new flavors so everywhere I go I’ll browse the menu. But if I do that here all I get is “hurry up” “why don’t you know what you want” “ you take too long”. One specific lady that’s always doing drive thru gets upset when I use my T-Mobile code 1x a week for a free medium latte. I don’t understand why she gets upset bc it doesn’t effect her pay AT ALL & if I can get it for free I will. The affiliation code is between T-Mobile & DD’s corporation, it’s above her. She will charge me sometimes for whipped cream 0.25, other times say it’s 0.50 but if I go to another location they don’t charge at all. Another time she said I couldn’t use the code at all bc I ordered a “specialty drink” when all I changed was asking her to put the whipped cream at the bottom of the cup so it can be mixed already. Today I went to the drive thru & ordered 2 lattes with whipped cream & was prepared to pay the 0.50 extra. After placing the order at one window, we drive to the next and hand her 2 phones with the code for the free latte. After scanning she hands me one drink w/o whipped cream. I assumed she might’ve misheard the order but the sticker on the drink that shows the order clearly says with whipped cream. She goes “you didn’t want w. Cream right?” And I said I asked for both with it, she says it’s 0.25 each, I got upset & asked well why didn’t you put it on there at all, she says you’re using the code & that doesn’t cover it, I tell her I was going to pay the difference but you guys also keep changing the price idk what it even is. I didn’t care anymore about the cream so I just said nvm & took the drink. She hands me the receipt to show me she didn’t charge me for the cream like she did me a favor but NEITHER drink had any whipped cream anyway. Because I go here so often I’m sure she heard my voice ordering, knew I was using the code & chose not to put the cream on there. Whatever the reason is idc bc I’m a paying customer outside of that 1 free latte a week so I’m not going to be disrespected over a worker getting upset that I’m getting...

I went to your establishment on Memorial Drive and was completely disrespected by one of the supervisors there.

It was approximately 7:35p on May 4, 2022 and I wanted a scoop of ice-cream. The drive thru line was extremely long so I decided to go in.

The line inside was a bit long too and the employee seemed to be the only one working the register and making orders.

I politely told him I wanted ice-cream and he smirked and went over to the ice-cream area and proceeded to grab a cone with his bare hands.

I said ‘With all do respect, could you please put gloves on?’ He began hollering at me and stated ‘THERE ARE NO GLOVES!! I AM FINE!’ as he showed me his dirty hands with dirt caked under his fingernails. He then slammed the ice-cream door shut, ignored me and started taking the next order!

I said to the gentleman he was speaking to ‘Excuse me Sir’. I then asked the employee why he was being disrespectful and getting so angry and he then screamed at me to ‘GET OUT!!’ I said ‘I want to speak to your supervisor!’ He screamed ‘I AM THE SUPERVISOR!!’

This is extremely disrespectful, unsanitary and rude! I was not rude at all and I would think that as a supervisor in a food establishment nonetheless, his behavior was less than exemplary!
