My husband and I have been to this location twice. I never expect fantastic customer service at Dunkin, because no matter which location I’ve been to service has been subpar. This takes the cake though.
I ordered ahead on the app, and when we got to the box, my husband spelled the name on the order to confirm. (It’s a southeast Asian name, so easy to misunderstand) They confirmed and instructed us to pull to the window. This was morning rush but they were getting cars through pretty quickly. We got to the window and were asked if it was for another person. We said no, and respelled the name on the order. We were told to pull forward and they would bring the drinks out.
During the 15 minutes we waited, we saw two cars pull forward and receive their drinks before us. We also saw an employee get into her car and go through the drive-thru line 3 times. For those who don’t work/haven’t worked in fast food, this is a tactic to lower drive-thru window times.
I finally told my husband to go back into the line. We were then motioned by an employee from the front door to pull into a spot up front. She brought out the wrong drink to us again. I told her we had been waiting for 15 minutes for our mobile order of 3 iced coffees. She went back inside and grabbed our drinks, which had been ready and were never brought out to us.
I have worked in fast food, I get it. However, it is clear that Dunkin is creating a culture that cares less about customers and more about metrics. This creates a very difficult long term problem. Consistent negative customer service experiences are a very difficult thing to...
Read moreJust came through drive-thru and I had to repeat my order 5 times and was told to hold on after I kept repeating the same order over and over and I only had one car infront of me. When I finally receive my coffee they gave me a cold coffee and play like they didn't know it was cold. When they handled me my coffee the cup was cold I took a sip and it was cold coffee and I told her it was cold and she took her glove off like I was lying and put her finger inside of it and realized it was cold coffee she immediately apologized and gave me another coffee large midnight with extra cream and sugar but this coffee tastes like it been warm up reheated it has a bitter taste and look at the picture this is definitely not fresh coffee and I will be throwing it out cause it taste disgusting and going to another coffee shop to get a fresh made right coffee. I will be emailing corporate and will not be visiting this establishment no more!!! Read moreThe girls at these Dunkin donuts made my day I went through the drive-thru and I asked them to make me something sweet, that was unsweet .Due to health I watch my sugar of my diabetes I have to have Splenda and this lady that was working the drive-thru I'm not sure what her name was she was a black, tall ,beautiful ,strong young woman , she said I'm going to make you something. I asked her to put some whipped cream and some caramel on top..... Maaaaaa'an let me tell you !! This young lady deserves a raise..... She killed my expectation of what I thought I was going to get. She went above and beyond.. I don't know what her name is , but I sure did like this location way more than any other place. I've never been so thankful for you sister , for looking out for me. Hooking my frappe up with sugar-free Splenda. It was soo delicious I had to write about it. You made my day !!! You made my son happy with those Halloween donuts.
