I walked I to this location and ordered on the kiosk. There were at least 10 employees at this location. I ordered 2 glazed donuts. Everyone seemed to be making orders for the drive-thru. No one acknowledged that I was there. The young girl with the braids at the front counter looked up at me and went back to whatever she was doing on her phone. No one bothered to see what I ordered or to see what I needed, they looked and kept making other orders. I was in there about 10 minutes before a young man came from behind the counter. I think he may have been going on break. He asked what I had ordered. He went back behind the counter and he said something to the young girl with the braids. She looked over at me without a care in the world. She never moved from her spot, I guess because her whatever she was doing in her phone was more important. Ten employees and they were ALL too busy to get 2 donuts in a timely manner. I would understand the wait if it were understaffed. I thanked the young man that took the time to complete my order. Recurrent customer service training is needed at this location and the young girl upfront on her phone needs to put her phone down during work hours. I will never return to...
Read moreIt's a hit or miss. Some mornings you can pull up and get your mobile order and it's great and others you can't. I was told (apparently as well as others) that you can call the store to let them know you are there for a pick up and they'll bring it out instead of waiting in the looonnnggg drive through line. Have yet to have a smooth am pick up without waiting in the drive thru line 1st just to be told to pull to the front of the store. Completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Went to the drive through in the afternoon and just sat at the speaker with no one answering.. pulled to the window with 1 car there and the girl just walked off completely ignoring me there. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer for my food the shift manager SYDNEE said we had 3 minutes. Then 2 men that came in after us and ordered drinks and food and received their food in a timely matter before I did. Then my boyfriend walked up to ask about our food, and they gave us 2 sausage biscuits, which was the WRONG ORDER.
