Dunkin' — Restaurant in Georgia

I frequent Dunkin' Donuts at least 4-5 times weekly for an iced latte. I placed my usual mobile order Sunday (yesterday) and when it's handed to me, I notice that it's a little darker than usual. I pull off from the drive-thru window, taste the drink and immediately notice that it doesn't taste right. At that moment I realize that they have given me an iced coffee and not an iced latte. Some may say what's the difference, but there is definitely a difference and my body lets me know. For some reason (I can't explain why) I can drink espresso, but my stomach rejects coffee. I pull back around to the window and I tell the employee at the window that my drink was made incorrectly & I want to have it remade. He asks me if I want it made just as it reads on the sticker and I reply "Yes". He takes the cup and I'm under the assumption that my latte is being remade. He gives it back to me and it looks right and tastes about right. I later discovered that the latte was in fact not remade, but either milk and/or flavoring was added ro make the latte appear to be made correctly. Bought some donuts finally last night just to make sure I had something with my coffee this morning. I spent 9 and change for 6 donuts. To my surprise I was totally disappointed with the taste. I had to spit it out . I guess it's just me , but what I remembered is the soft donut taste , and smell when you get them fresh from the counter. But this morning I had what seemed to be a cardboard tasting, process like material. I should have known better when I entered the store and the little girl kept telling me we are out of certain flavored donuts, and we don't have anymore. So I asked what's the best time to come in and buy donuts ,"morning" . I'm guessing with my assumptions , the donuts are made elsewhere so what I received last night might have been old or from this mornins shipments? Who knows.. but at least I was able to try the place out, and I'm sure not to return due to the fact that ,the donuts are not made in house , and donuts should have a donut taste. The store was super clean , I hope they make it...

So just yesterday evening before church me and my family stopped by for coffee and donuts. I was talking with lady taking my order and suddenly she had an accent. I looked at my wife in disbelie. My affirmed she may have accent. When I get to the window I'm assuming the whole staff walked around the corner to take a peak giggling. Again before I made assumptions I waited for the lady to speak... No accent!! I looked at my wife she said maybe it wasn't her. The other lady came to hand me the donuts .. No accent!!
