I try not to go back and audit my reviews perhaps update but not totally audit. This location started out a little Rocky and improved that was in the past. Their coffee is inconsistent in quality and in the quality of the way you ask for it to be prepared I.e items added cream sugar etc it is all over the board. There are no standards. And if you order anything there you had better check it because you probably at least 60% of the time did not get what you ordered. I am very disappointed and now if I want coffee from a Dunkin' donuts I have to drive out of my way to one of the other locations on 78 in order to get a decent and proper order of copy or food items. Can someone tell me why when you go through a drive-thru you have to repeat a simple coffee order simple coffee cream and sugar three times minimum every time WTH
10/31/25 update this dunkin' donuts improved for a while it had some great people working there kind friendly and did their job properly the previous manager that was employed there had left and then he returned employees became so miserable that they left he changed their shifts and their jobs and put people less qualified in their positions and when you compliment them around him he acts jealous and insulted is actually quite ridiculous and it has led to what was improving for the customers to do just the opposite poor management and poor managing of people makes miserable...

But...this is the 2nd out of 4 times that I've gone to this location personally (doesn't include the times I've been here to do a pick up order for customers) and they are inconsistent with the quality of food they serve. My prior visit a couple of months ago they sold me very stale hard dry doughnuts! I was shocked. This last visit this week they gave us the worst made egg and cheese wake up wraps I've ever bought. I could tell they did not clean the toaster oven they toasted the wraps in from all the black stuff on the outside of the wraps. Gross. I went back and politely asked them if they either could remake the wraps or give a refund. They offered to remake the wraps. Instead they literally took the exact same wraps they had already made us the first time and threw them right back in the toaster oven and over cooked them burning the cheese inside. They thought that because I couldn't see what they were doing in the kitchen that I wouldn't know any better. Very insulting and a waste of our time! I checked the wraps and had to ask them for a refund once I recognized immediately what they did. They then told me that they didn't know how to refund my money for the wraps back onto my debit card. Read moreThe customer service remains HORRIBLE here! I ordered 1 donut and 2 mini bagels. The woman who took my card took my card, handed me a donut, no receipt and walked away. Eventually she came back to the window but never said anything to me. I said 'Excuse me, but I wanted to ask about the mini bagels to...and she interrupted and said What about them? I said I ordered bagels but didn't get them. "Well you will get them when they are ready. They're not ready yet." I STILL kept my friendly attitude and said ok, I didn't know if I needed to go to the 2nd window like the car before me. I know McDonald's may have you pay at one window and you go to the next to pick up. She says "We're not McDonald's, we're Dunkin' and picks up a box and points to the name printed on the box. And what happens? After another 3 minutes of sitting, she says I need to pull to the 2nd window because they are taking an extra long time warming them. I wait and eventually the guy who I see mopping the floor hands me the bagels. If you can avoid THIS particular store, please do!
