I ordered a large Caramel Craze Latte, perfectly made, just the right balance of espresso and sweetness. Every single time I come here, my order is spot on. No mix-ups, no weird aftertaste, just pure coffee perfection.
Honestly, I don’t know what’s wrong with the people leaving bad reviews. They’re haters. Agents of chaos. Probably Starbucks operatives running a smear campaign from the shadows. Of all the Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to, this one stands above the rest, the GOAT of coffee stops.
And Trey? The man moves with purpose. I dropped a napkin, he caught it mid-air without breaking eye contact. I asked for a straw, he handed me two, “just in case.” That’s foresight. That’s leadership.
Trey handed me my coffee, looked me dead in the eyes, and said, “You deserve better.”
Next thing I know, he’s asking for my boss’s number. I laughed... he didn’t.
Ten minutes later, my phone rings. It’s my boss. He says, “I don’t know who this Trey guy is, but you’re getting a raise.”
I don’t even remember driving to work after that. I just remember floating, spiritually caffeinated, emotionally healed, and $3.25 richer an hour

I always order the same coffee. I was handed a medium hot when I had ordered a extra large coffee .(Large when I order an iced.) The sticker tells you what size, flavor(s), etc. It's common sense. I've worked at a coffee shop before. The lady had no problem remaking it. Issue was, it wasn't remade. Only added watered down coffee to it. Brought my daughter here for her 16th birthday along with my other 2, and I had to keep sitting in the drive thru waiting for them to hand me all the items I had ordered. They were all chit chatting, not paying attention. They kept asking me was there anything else? I told them 3 times I ordered more than one thing and was waiting. Ofcourse, the entire order was wrong. I didn't feel like going back and waiting another 15 minutes for them to take their time "getting it right." Today, my mother goes and orders coffee and snacks for us. Again, coffee order is not correct. It's not sweet and did not have the right amount of cream and the flavor I always have added. Read moreThis is the worst Dunkin’ location. The drive thru is the slowest line I’ve ever sat in. If someone orders Ice cream it takes an extra 10 minutes. The attitude of the staff is cold and uncaring and you only see one person that has been there for awhile, otherwise it’s different people every time. If you ask them to remake your coffee they get angry. I have been getting the same order for probably 20 years in NJ. I get an iced coffee with skim milk and equal. I had to adjust the amount of skim milk because when I get it it looks like cream was added. It tastes like water. I’m wondering if they water the coffee down. Last night I got an original iced coffee and it had only 2 skim milk requested. It was so light we asked them to spill some out and add more coffee. It still tasted like nothing. So today I ordered a cold brew because it is stronger and it still looked so light. Then the girl remade it and it was too dark. I’m tired of paying for garbage.
