Dunkin' — Restaurant in Georgia

I normally come to this Dunkin location very regularly about 2 times a week at the end of the day for a Mocha Frappe treat after mowing lawns. After about 4 months of going there the older lady realized I normally get smalls & decided to tell me "no smalls only mediums" No ma'am that's not how it works.. I even seen the smalls on the cup rack, so I let it slide for a few visits since I didn't mind more beverage.

After about a month of hearing her tell me "No smalls" I stepped in and said "No ma'am I would like a small please I see them everytime I'm at the drive thru window and I'm sure you know who I am by my voice". She then says "Medium only" and I said I would like a small, so she said "ok pull up" with an attitude. So I said "So you have smalls right?" She then bluntly yells "I SAID PULL UP!" A couple cars behind me were shocked that she yelled that loud one lady said "Oh no she didn't whats her deal?"

I had a choice of words for her at the window in front of her husband (Which is always cool never really had an issue out of him other than not wearing gloves a few times). I told the lady "you didn't have to yell at me back there at the order station I come here all the time and i'm a paying customer you have no say so in what size drink I want to purchase unless you're ACTUALLY out of a certain size." She had nothing to say to me but "ok I give you small no issue" and the husband says "We apologize", but I told him "I'm still leaving a thorough review and this would be my last time I do business with you guys your wif spoiled it for me. If you or her is having a bad day please just stay at home otherwise you'll ruin other people's day or better yet you'll get told off by the wrong person." After saying that to them he says "thankyou sorry and come again" while I was driving off.

Long story short I didn't drink it I tossed it in the garbage I shouldn't have even paid the $6 for that beverage because they probably done something to it, but I was not thinking at the time since I was ticked tf off. Apparently my kind is not welcome or appreciated there so I will just find another Dunkin. It sucks because this one is local and 24hrs but it has people like that running it smh just let someone with respect take...

I just moved to the area and I had been here once before and it was okay. This time… it was NOT! This evening, I told my fiancé I was really craving donuts and wanted to drive over to Dunkin because they had the 12 Days of Christmas deal where you get a drink and a free donut… We went in and I hadn’t used this deal before so there was an older man taking my order. I asked for a latte and a Boston Crème donut. He started ringing me up and I asked to scan my app so the donut would be free. He scanned it and then informed me the boston crème donut wasn’t a part of the promo which I apologized for not knowing and picked a new one. Then this older lady came and took over and told me to pay, I told her I wanted to use the promo. She scanned my app again and told me to pay again, but the total had not changed. I kindly told her and she started yelling at me and telling me I was scanning the wrong thing, which I probably was but I was trying to fix it, I just didn’t know how to. She just kept yelling and my fiancé stepped in and asked her to stop speaking to me so rudely. She did not stop so I told her to have a nice night and I turned around and started to walk out. She continued yelling and cursing at me and she proceeded to “ban us for life” from Dunkin. I honestly am still in shock from this...

Food is consistent with all other chains, so my rating is on the customer service..not very friendly. I drove up to the box to place my order and they never greeted me or even at the least told me to wait a minute... I sat there staring at it for a good 3 full minutes before I said hello like twice..and then they were like "what do want?" ....rude... I placed my order for a maple pecan iced coffee and they kept asking me the same question , what do you want? You want a maple pecan? Is that all? Yes, yes, yes, yes..... I drove up to the window and she did the usual, that'll be... close window open window gave me my card and drink and not even a thank you. I was down there for prof. Development and I needed coffee... had no choice but to go back again tiday... I went in this time because of the long line if cars. Again no friendly hello or thank you, just what do you want? Repetitive questioning like I'm the one that's not sure of what I want gave me my stuff and that was it.. the other customers were nicer than them. A gentleman standing my way to the napkins was like "oh excuse, I'm sorry for blocking your way" most people don't say anything!!! Yea glad I don't have to go back for another training until end of January. Hopefully they'll improve, that is if I need...
