The location on wade green road. So sad. This place was formally owned and operated by a middle eastern family, (guessing their ethnicity). At that time it was phenomenal. Service prompt, accurate and professional no matter how busy it got. Never a wait even when the lobby was packed 5 deep with 3 service people at the counter. Always fresh donuts and bagels and coffee hot and brewed to perfection. Then they sold. Who ever owns it now has ruined it. Service is horrible. The donuts and bagels are always old. I used to go three times a week when the family owned it. Now, only when I have to for someone else. The bagels are smaller and dense and hard. I don't think they make them correctly. They are always out of menu choices. The coffee is old and sometimes cold. The donuts are always stale even during peak hours when you would expect that they were at least fresh. I actually buy bagged, sit on the shelf grocery store bagels now. They are actually better than this dunk in donuts. Now when I want a really good bagel I drive into Marietta half an hour away to a place called brooklyn bagle. They arent always open though and it is a far drive for a bagel. The service staff in this Dunkin Donuts is all kids that don't want to be there. Perhaps that is the problem. Please come back middle...
Read moreI usually have a decent experience at this Dunkin and they more than half the time make my drink perfect, but this morning was the most horrible experience I’ve had there. I ask for my drink medium with pistachio and almond milk, yes pistachio because Starbucks is out of stock right now and I’m not a fan of hazelnut. I get to the window and I normal don’t speak up and just take the coffee but I am trying to be better about getting what I PAY for. They give me the brown water looking coffee with HAZELNUT. I tell the man (short older man with an earring) that this wasn’t correct and my coffee just doesn’t look good. He’s starts to berate me and say that’s what I order I didn’t order hazelnut etc. I tell him I do not want that coffee. Instead of offering to remake it or give me a refund he continuously tells me I’m wrong and saying I want him to waste the dirt water coffee because I told him i didn’t want it I wouldn’t drink it. He storms off after saying that he now had to wasting coffee and that I didn’t say pistachio. I just drove off without my coffee and or a refund and went to Starbucks. That was the most ridiculous and horrible experience before my 12hr hospital shift. Thanks for TRYING to ruin my morning SIR. I didn’t realize it personally affected you and came out of...
Read moreThis Dunkin Donuts is hit or miss. The morning crew is pretty good and has about a 50/50 shot at getting my cold brew coffee right the first time. The afternoon crew is actually pretty bad. Younger crew ( which is fine with most other DD's ) but as i type this while sitting in their parking lot. I had to ask the young Male who just served me if there was sugar free vanilla in it, too his reply " Oh, i almost forgot" after he already handed it to me. I asked if he did put Splenda in it and his response was "yeah". I get out to my vehicle, get settled and about to leave and take a sip and the was absolutely no sweetener in it at all. My wife goes back in to let him know he didn't put any in and to ask for some Splenda and his reply was " oh, my bad" and then walked away as if he didn't really care. I've got coffee here about 20-30 times in the morning and it's been correct about 1/2 to maybe 2/3 the time. I've got coffee in the afternoon about 10-15 times here and my coffee has never been correct the first time i order it and i order the exact same thing no matter morning or afternoon. Even though it's a clean establishment and most employees seem somewhat friendly, I think I'll start visiting another local...
