Normally I would not rate this location so low, but on yesterday I went through the drive thru as I have done since February 2019 when I started working in the area. The drive thru cashier spilled hot coffee all over my left arm, down the side of the outside and inside of my car and it made to my seat and subsequently all over my pants and on the back of my blouse. I was on my way to work so I didn’t not take the time to properly address the issue nor did the manager nor any member of the staff when it took place. The only attention was given were a few napkins that were used in an attempt to get the coffee off of my arm and the part of my door that she could reach, oh and yes she stated that she was not going to charge for the coffee but I was charged for my donut and she filled the cup that she spilled the coffee all over me from back up with coffee and thought that I would be ok with that. I replied “I can’t get a fresh cup of coffee”as she tried to wipe the coffee off of the cup but that is not the kicker. After my shift at work I returned to the location to speak to the manager on duty but no manager was on duty. A worker took my info and apparently pretended to reach out to a member of management and lied to me stating that I would hear from someone within the next 2 hours or the next day, it is now almost 5pm the next afternoon and I have not heard from anyone. All I indicated that I wanted was my car to be detailed and to be refunded for the donut that she charged me for not for the dry cleaning of my clothes or to sue for have hot coffee spilled all over me and my personal property. Read moreI just had one of the worst drive through experiences that I have ever had at a fast food chain. It started as soon as I pulled up at the drive through. It was very difficult to communicate with the drive through attendant. She did not understand the menu thoroughly and incorrectly added items to my order that I did not want. After a difficult conversation I pull forward to get what I assumed to be my order however this was not the case. My girlfriend and I were handed completely different drinks that we did not order. We pull around to the front of the store to wait for the correct drinks and the rest of our order. After several minutes of waiting the employee finally comes out and hands us what we assumed to be our order. WRONG. When we get home and check inside the bag half of the food is missing! Unbelievable!! My next action is calling the store and guess what, after attempting to call the store THREE times no one answers the phone! Fine. So I drive back to the store to pick up my order. Third times a charm right? WRONG AGAIN. This time I’m given only a fraction of the food I order PLUS THE WRONG ITEMS!! At this point I really just don’t care about even getting the right food. Read moreProbably the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. I don't know why I returned after 3 previous visits that were also horrible. Inside is dirty, and the manager has horrible customer service skills. He is money hungry and on a power trip. Asked me to pay $7 for a coffee that I just bought and was made incorrectly at the Dunkin 2 seconds away, would not replace it even though I had it with me and he could clearly see the drink was full & the sticker was wrong. He told me go back to them. Why would I want the same location to remake a drink that they made incorrectly in the first place after waiting 20 minutes in their drive thru? After spending thousands of dollars a year at Dunkin, I have been made aware of the replacement policy and he had no reason to not remake it. His reasoning was because his location "is not Dunkin Donuts affiliated". Huh?? Anyways, they should promote the young girl at the drive thru window, she was more professional and polite than the entire franchise manager.. yikes. If Dunkin would just read the reviews for this location they would probably shut it...
