So ever since I tried the turtle signature latte, I’ve been obsessed with Dunkin’ Donuts. I decided to go through the drive-through this morning after dropping my daughter off at school because I wanted another turtle signature latte but, to my dismay I was told that they no longer have the turtle signature latte.😢😢😢😢 However, they could try to re-create it with two pumps of the mocha and butter pecan flavoring, but they did not have the little crunchy topping that goes on top. That is literally what makes the drink, but OK I end up with some sort of strong tasting latte with a bunch of whip cream on top. It taste nothing absolutely nothing like the delicious turtle signature latte I remembered. I am so disappointed 😔😔😔😔 I also ordered a chicken biscuit for the first time ever thinking wow you can’t go wrong with a chicken biscuit however, apparently you can go wrong with a chicken biscuit at Dunkin’ Donuts. This disgusting biscuit taste like one of the store-bought biscuits that you pull out of the freezer and pop in the microwave for two minutes the bread is doughy and flaky, and tastes like it’s freezer burned. The chicken also has that freezer burnt taste as well. I am so shocked at how disgusting the breakfast is every time I get something from Dunkin’ Donuts. It taste the same way as if it’s frozen prior and they just pop it in a microwave for 2 to 3 minutes and then serve it. Its so disgusting. I will never in my life eat another food menu item from Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s...
Read moreI was really put off by the lack of customer service in my last visit. I went through the drive thru to order and was served by what seemed to be the store manager. He was not very helpful or accommodating when I was trying to select a donut - I do not go to Dunkin Donuts often and asked what kind they had. His response was "We have over 36 flavors I cant name them all." He rushed me by saying "Hurry up, we have people behind you & their orders are getting cold." ..Seriously? Am I not a valued customer also? He then went on to question the validity of my AARP card by saying I have to be over the age of 50 to receive the free donut with my coffee despite my card with my name on it accompanied with my license. After questioning how my age matters when I indeed have a valid card, he finally gave me my donut. I mean, I understand morning rush but there are MUCH better ways to treat people by assisting in making a decision rather than hurrying me into deciding.
I usually do not complain in reviews, but I'm most definite that I'm not the first person he's treated poorly. I think I will definitely go out of my way to AVOID this location in the future if he is really the store manager.

Read moreI went inside to get my order taken on Wednesday May the 3rd, and I was standing in the front counter for like 7 to 8 minutes. The manager told me someone will be with me but nobody came. Even the person from the drive-thru said the same thing. The other person in the drive-thru thought someone already taken my order. The person at the front counter was walking around and as soon as she took the drinks to the customer in the lobby, starts talking while I'm standing in front counter trying to get my order. That's very unperfessional!!! Very disrespectful. Is that how they treat customers!!!??? Then someone at the drive-thru finally takes my order after all the waiting in line. Didn't even apologize for what had happen. These people need to get it together and get their attitudes straight or they will have no job to go to. There is no excuse for this none what so ever. If it is short of staff, ok. But it is really not a short of staff and inside the lobby it was not crowded at all. It was just me. Not good customer service at...
