Horrible branch! Rude staff! 0 customer service. I was working in town and stopped by for breakfast. I ordered a croissant sandwich and got a flat bread sandwich instead. Fine, mistakes happen. I pull in the parking lot to go inside. I don't know what they had going on in there, but there was so much condensation on the glass, you couldn't see in. I pull the door, it's locked. I wipe the condensation away to look in and I knock. Every employee in there is shaking their head, motioning to the drive through line and making driving motions. I hold up the bag to show I got the wrong order, they won't open the door. My choice now, eat food I don't want or sit in a super long line. I get back up to the speaker, tell them the situation and my displeasure with it, and I CATCH ATTITUDE AT THE SPEAKER! I get to the windows, and some large woman with blond hair who won't identify herself tells me she doesn't have to listen to me, and doesn't have to take my complaint. To the owner of this restaurant, you need to train your staff in CUSTOMER SERVICE! They did refund me the cost of my meal, not my coffee though. A refund I didn't ask for, by the way. All I wanted was for the error to be fixed and for me to be treated right! Avoid this location!
Update: Spoke with the GM today who agreed that I wasn't treated right and apologized on behalf of her staff. She did offer to comp my next meal next time I come in. I do appreciate her...
Read moreI gave the previous about a m9nth ago and said I would never order a sandwich from this Dunkin Donuts again. Well, I decided to give them another chance be cause everybody makes mistakes or has a bad day. Wrong decision for me! I decided to get 2 egg and cheese wake-up wraps through the drive-thru. I figured that should be pretty easy. I was wrong! I was given 2 wake-up wraps with sausage on them. I parked and went inside and told them they gave me the wrong order. I was given 2 egg and cheese wraps, but the cheese was burnt! I didn't notice it until I got home. I was soooo mad! This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts that I've ever been to. I am not a glutton for punishment! I will NOT be back!!
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant through the drive-thru. When I got it, the croissant and the bacon were burnt! Also, there was hardly any bacon on it. It looked like crumbs. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of it. I went inside and asked if it could be remade with more bacon. The guy at the register said coldly, 'We can remake it, but you only get 2 pieces of bacon.' I asked him to just remake it without it being burnt. When I got it, the bacon was still burnt around the edges. I will NEVER order another...
Read moreWhy is it that your employees are so rude to the Door Dashers? They made my sister wait to make the order on top of the fact the order was not even ready. In my experience as a retired lead customer service representative is that the Door Dash orders should be done first and then regular customers. I do know for a fact your stores get graded on how well you do with the door dash orders. So why is it that the order was not ready when my sister got there, and then she was given a hard time by an employee telling her she could always reassign the order. That is not the point. The order should have been ready once ahe got there. And I hear a lot of horror stories about a lot of placea making Dashers qait for orders that should be reay or they are ready and employees make dashers stand there and wait. What kind of non-sense is this. It is rude and und uncaring of the actual customer who ordered the food in the first place. Door dashers are an extinction of service to you company. The customers are paying money the same as a customer who walks in and orders. Time is money!! Teach your employees to be polite to customers and get the orders done on time. Also mu sister will be reporting this store for its uncleanliness!!...
