possibly the worst 5 guys location! if you look up their profile on google under health & safety, it clearly states: "MASK REQUIRED, staff wear mask and staff required to disinfect surfaces between visits". Upon my entrance at this location was I surprises that only 1/3 of the staff was wearing a mask and that only 2 customers (included myself) out of 13 customers was wearing a mask. I had the pleasure to talk to the manager whom was not wearing a mask and asking very politely why almost no one at his location was wearing a mask, he obnoxiously responded that he did not see the need for one and that he was following what his boss was asking him to do ( Corporate office) which is: do not wear a mask be it employees or customers!!!!?? which goes against any current CDC guidelines and or common sense! 5 GUYS has absolutely no concerns for its customers and or employees at the present time and, at least at this location, is putting the lives of its customers and employees at risk on a daily basis which goes against their very claim on their google profile!

as for the food being served at this location? if you like over cooked meat in your burger served in a falling apart bun then this is the place to go and again, lets not forget that safety and well being is not part...

Awful experience. I ordered an hour ahead and followed instructions for Curbside Pickup, texting OMW as I was heading there and then texting Here when I arrived. They got my name and went back inside. I was in a but of a rush, so after waiting a few minutes, I went inside to save them time to bring the order to me. I told them I was the curbside pickup and they said they were getting the order together and gave me the milkshake. I waited while everyone that came in and ordered was served. I asked where my food was and they kept getting everyone else's order before me, when I had ordered an hour earlier. After 20 minutes, I saw them pick up a slip that was evidently my order and START cooking it. By tye time I got my food, I had been waiting over 20 minutes and my milkshake was melting. I'm even more irritated because when I ordered online I had tipped them because I assumed it was going to be ready. Why did they have me go through the texting process if they weren't going to work on my food? 3 burgers, a milkshake and fries was definitely NOT worth $44! Next time I'll go to Wendy's where I can order ahead, it will be ready when I get there, taste good and not cost a fortune.

My first and last experience with Five Guys. Extremely disappointing. Food...

We had not been to 5 Guys in years, and now I remember why. I spent $75 on 3 burgers, 1 hot dog, 4 medium fries, and 1 drink. My order was to go. After a 15 minute wait, a young man brought 5 paper bags to the counter and called my number. I asked if I could please have a larger shopping bag since I was one person carrying 5 bags. I clearly stated when I ordered that it was a to go order. First I inspected everything, and the fries were soggy and limp from the get go. I mean really soggy and unappealing. The young man looked at me like I was a crazy person requesting a larger bag. “Those are in the storage unit outside,” he said I said, “Is that preventing you from getting one?” “Well, yes,. I have burgers to make.” Then he showed me some plastic bags. I said ok, so he handed the bags to me. I said, “I just spent $75 here, and you want me to bag my food?” His response, “Well, I have plastic gloves on, and I have burgers to make.” Great example of Customer No-Service.

The fries were a sad, sad waste. They were large servings of terrible fries-not a single crispy fry in any bag. We were all disappointed with them. Most were thrown away. The burgers were just burgers-nothing...

Their grilled cheese sandwiches and burgers are absolutely my fave! They whip 'em up fresh, and man, do they taste incredible. The best part? They only cost around 10 to 11 bucks, and you can load 'em up with toppings like broccoli and onion to make 'em just the way you like. The folks taking orders there are super quick, so no need to worry about standing in a crazy long line. And get this—they even give you free peanuts to munch on while you wait. It's those little things that make a difference, you know? Now, I gotta be real with you about one thing—the restroom situation. It's clean and all, but the faucet was busted when I went. Not a deal-breaker, but kinda inconvenient, you feel me? The space inside the joint isn't all that big either, but at least they got high chairs for the kiddos. All in all, though, I can't recommend this place enough for their grilled cheese sandwiches and burgers. They're seriously mouthwatering. So, if you're in the mood for some tasty comfort food, give 'em a shot. Just be aware of the restroom hiccup and the cozy interior, but trust me, it's worth it for the flavor explosion you'll experience.

This is for the newest location in Marietta GA, at the intersection of Johnson Ferry and Roswell Rd. I tried to be very patient, as I knew it was a newly opened 5 Guys and it was a Friday night after a very stressful election week. But still, it was barely organized chaos. The line for dine in orders was out the front door, literally. I couldn't get inside at first. I looked to the right and saw the online order/pickup line looked much shorter and decided to order online while in the store. This was a bad idea. Because the curbside orders, DoorDashers, customers pickups and some in store orders were going through the same line. It was hard to tell if your order was ready or not, forcing you to ask the very flustered pickup order girl to ask the cook if your order was ready. But I kind of expected this experience, so I wasn't upset. And the staff was indeed working INCREDIBLY hard and quick. They even apologized for the delay. And the burger and fries were amazing as usual. I'm just happy to finally have a 5 Guys closer to home for me! Will definitely go again, just be prepared to wait a bit on busy nights.
