The short black hair lady wearing the purple shirt today 16 July 2023 at 4:20PM was extremely rude.

We came in for 4 cups of ice cream with 1 scoop each. We then asked for toppings. She said not allowed as of this summer. I said well that's okay, we can pay extra for our toppings. Then she just looked at us like we were inconveniencing her and said NO.

We then proceeded to the cashier and the younger kid working the cashier said would you like toppings on the ice creams. Then the rude purple shirt lady said NOT TODAY.

It seems like there is no communication between the workers if there really is a new summer policy for no topping with ice cream, if the cashier didn't even know.

We only come to St. Simon's for the ice cream. We live over an hour away. Wasted time. They just lost a regular customer.

If you want consistency here. This is not the place as they seem to change the rules everyday. Other than the the 4 ice creams we go were good. Just the customer...

It was such a disappointing visit. Fuze was always consistent in the food, service, and cleanliness of the facility; however, nothing met expectations.

Very sad… Here’s details, this is the second Fuze location we went to on St Simons Island tonight. The first location had half of the machines marked as out of order. There was no chocolate yogurt available so we decided to take our gang to the Mallery store. This store had very few toppings and said the waffle maker has been broken for a while.

The stores were dirty and maybe it was a busy day; however, being busy doesn’t excuse customer service… It dictates that more help is needed!

We will visit the Jekyll location today, Sunday prior to Memorial Day, and if it’s a better experience, I’ll be sure to post a positive experience as...

Visited the place a few days ago and was very disappointed! We typically visit the other location on the island but where in the area and stopped in and will never make that mistake again.. The girl working was sitting on the floor when we walked in and would not take her hands out of her pockets the entire time we were inside and we got the tarp and it tasted absolutely terrible and we told the girl about it and she said there was nothing she could do about it so we walked out very dissatisfied and paid for something that immediately went into...
