Really unique boutique pieces, exceptionally well curated. The staff was very friendly and very foreword. It’s such a fine line with customer service. I bought two pieces that I saw in the window display— saw them, walked in and asked for them— but to be honest? I prefer to be allowed to quietly shop at my own pace. I am something of a clothing collector. And I am also a master seamstress with an art degree. Having aggressive sales staff didn’t offend me- Lord knows my jewelry was on and my husband and daughter were with me… it was clear we have no need to steal. But it does disrupt my shopping! I chose not to ask the sales gal to please leave me alone to peruse the store. Consequently she lost a very big sale. My husband even said after we left he had expected me to go “a little wild” in that store because it so suited my taste. That’s ok! The owners like highly interactive customer service and that’s their choice. Better polite and helpful than rude and unhelpful. But I do wish I had been able to see everything and shop more. I’ll try again next time we visit. I am VERY happy with the pieces I bought....
Read moreI’ve had the pleasure of shopping in the store three different times. I love the whimsy of their decor and clothes. High-quality merchandise for reasonable prices. The last time I was there, I bought a pair of sunglasses and they broke in 24 hours. It was late in the weekend, so I waited till Monday to call. The phone was answered by Curt, The store owner. I told him of my issue and he apologized profusely and said they hadn’t had any problem with these sunglasses but that he would be more than happy to replace them and send them off to me by post. All I had to do is send them a picture. This store, extraordinary on its own… AND then you add that type of Customer Service… Absolutely phenomenal. I thought that combination was the thing of the past. You have a solid Customer that will be returning soon all the way from Atlanta.
Thank you for doing it...
Read moreThis store has some neat items but the tall, older blonde lady needs to leave customers alone to look. Having someone on your heels “how about this?” “Did you see this?” “Oh come let me show you this” is annoying! When she showed me a candle, I mentioned I get a better price online for the brand to which she replied “you should buy from small businesses.” Seriously??? I will spend my $$$ as efficiently where I choose. Leave people to themselves to look at what they want, your annoying / hovering made us leave the store. You’d be a great fit for a used car...
