My sister and I came in for dinner tonight (Thursday) and immediately realized we made the wrong choice. When we sat down we noticed that the young lady at the register was also the only waitress for the entire restaurant. She kindly greeted us from afar but took a while to bring us menus. After we got our menus and ordered drinks things continued to get worse.

A new table arrived about 5 minutes later and a customer for a Togo order. We watched patiently as the young lady had a hard time keeping up with everyone. After about 10 minutes she finally walked over only to stop at the other table and take their order first before coming to us. We placed our order and I had to repeat my order twice ā€œpenne vodka with chickenā€ because she did not capture it correctly. I watched as she walked around doing multiple different tasks before finally putting in our order.

Our meal came with salads and I watched as she gave the newer table some of their food as our salads sat on the food counter. The Cesar salads tasted good so we were hopeful things would get better and we were wrong.

We ordered garlic bread with cheese and it was awful with a sour taste. She was kind enough to remove it from the bill but only after trying to convince us that it was made with sourdough bread which it clearly was NOT.

It was finally time to get our meal and she walked over with one plate (my food) and the second I looked at it I knew it was wrong. To reiterate I ordered penne vodka with chicken and what I received was rigatoni with spinach, marinara sauce, melted mozzarella cheese and chicken. At this point I was immediately irritated and told her it was NOT what I ordered. She tried to convince me that she wrote it down and what I was looking at was rigatoni vodka with chicken. We asked why there was spinach in it and she offered to send the manager. I immediately said no, offered to pay for our drinks and walked out.

As kind as the young lady was it was just a terrible experience. I think they should focus on pizza and not bother with other items. Additionally having one person responsible for the dining room and register on a Thursday night is really poor...

I have now gone to this location two times. The first I ordered a pizza, and it was OK. Nothing to write home about, but it wasn’t cheaply made either. Tonight however, I had a craving for cannoli. Believe it or not, the Publix in the same plaza sells delicious cannoli. You get two rather large for about three dollars. But Publix was sold out. So I drove over to order one single cannoli which was about 5.50. Totally fine with the price for a fresh made cannoli.

Before ordering I specifically asked if they were made in house. The girl checking me out asked what does that mean, and I responded ā€œare they made fresh hereā€. She assured me that they were. Well, I’ve had many cannoli in my life and this hands-down is the worst. First of all the cream was so runny and thin, Then the shell itself was still and tasted like a fortune cookie. I looked around and saw in the kitchen a giant box of cannoli shells. So if they do in fact make them in house, I see no need for this box of store bought cannoli shells.

Two stars because the pizza was decent, but overpriced and nothing I’d come back to. Additionally the staff was friendly, but clearly not knowledgeable on...

Food here is excellent. I convinced my family to give it a try and skip their previous favorite NY style pizza place. This is now they're favorite. It is very conveniently located. I usually stop by after a long day and before heading home. I love the fact that you can buy pizza by the slice. I encourage people to go to this location because it's good and, in the 6 years I've lived in the area, this is the 3rd pizza restaurant in this location. I want them to be the ones to stay. However, tonight, the guy that's usually at the bar wasn't there. The manager or owner, I think, he's greeted us before asking if everything's ok, that's why I'm assuming he is the manager, he was serving a beer when I sat at the bar, he smiled and we y to give the beer. Stayed talking to the only table he had with people there. Went twice to the register and NEVER acknowledged me. There was another server that didn't acknowledge me either. The guys in the kitchen kept picking out looking at me. I left without having dinner. I can't say II won't be back. Tonight was disappointed. It was 5:40 pm on a Tuesday, they were not...

An absolute train wreck. Arrived at 1:15 left at 3:30. Service is, hands down, the worst I've ever had. Food was edible, but not great. Espresso was acceptable. All of the Calzone's toppings were in the center, not spread out. Here's the basics: It took ten minutes to be seated in an empty dining room. Drink order was taken immediately, thank God. An hour later, my lunch order hadn't been taken. Had to have a very uncomfortable conversation with the manager. One person, whom I was told is the front end manager, was sitting, the entire time, six feet away, at the bar, on a laptop. The other person, the server, I was told, was "busy" at the register the entire time. Again, I was told each of them thought the other had taken my order. Not acceptable. I paid $8 for a beer and $18 for a Calzone. I will tell everyone about this. Everyone.

We picked this place at random and I'm so glad we did! We ordered the fried ravioli, the garlic bread with cheese, and this lovely Grandma's pie. The ravioli were so good, and the marinara was also great and really enhanced the flavor. The pizza wa absolutely delicious. The ingredients taste fresh, the crust is crispy, the cheese has a lovely chew and the mix with the basil and sauce is perfect. But the real star of the night is the garlic bread. Literally addictive. I cannot recommend it enough! This place also features a nice, relaxed atmosphere, and kind, polite, friendly staff. Do yourself a favor and check it out. We'll definitely be coming back!
