Ew. Just yuck.🤢🤮 I went to Hardee’s to specifically get the peach lemonade. I had it at this same location about a week ago and it was good so I wanted another one. My sister wanted one too and we saw that they were $1 in the app so we decided to use the app and get our lemonades. When we arrived there was no one there as usual, no customers what so ever. I go through the drive through and I told Lakeisha R that I had 2 separate orders. I said I want a large peach lemonade no ice, she said they come in one size I said that’s fine no ice. Then I said the 2nd order is the same thing. She immediately said omg girllll y'all could’ve ordered this on the same ticket. I stated that I could’ve, but we’re using the app and we wanted the deal in the app. So she said drive around. When we got to the window she took her time to come to the window as she was inside speaking with employees. We sat there for about 5 minutes before she acknowledged us. She scanned the code in my phone I paid for the drinks and she gives them to me but they’re filled with ice. I told her I said no ice. She rolled her eyes and took one back and took even longer to remake it. She gave me a new one with no ice and tries to take the other one but I told her I’d keep it since her attitude and energy was so nasty i was just ready to go at this point. (And I was soooo nice and polite even with all of that.) She said I done remade both of em. I said ok and gave her the other one with ice and took the new one. I then said I hope your day gets better. She said oh my day is just fine and was jerking/rolling her head and eyes around. I said oh I can’t tell at all and I drove off. But when my sister and I finally tasted our drinks omg I’m not sure what it is but it’s NOT peach lemonade. It tastes like chemicals and now we both feel sick and can not get the taste out of our mouths and we only took a few sips!! Tried calling the store but no answer of course. I have Crohn’s disease and I can’t be playing around like that. But Lakeisha R needs to find a different job because customer service isn’t a strong suit of hers. Clearly she hates her job and people. I would say she was just having a bad day but judging by previous reviews, she’s definitely the problem. She has to go. Jobs should do attitude/energy checks prior to shifts when dealing with customers. And simply train your employees better. That’s why so many people snap etc. No one cares anymore. Even if you’re having a bad day or going through something, that should not be with you at work. It’s not our fault. Fake it until your shift is over or simply don’t go to work. But that’s not my business, I simply will never visit another Hardee’s. Not worth the hype...
Read moreThis place continues to deteriorate each day. Management is terrible and customer service is beyond horrible. Do not expect to be greeted with a smile or even treated like a human being. I arrived at the drive thru and began to place my order. Before I could finish my order, Jerrica (the drive thru employee name on the receipt) cut me off before I could even finish. I had to tell her that I wasn’t even finished with my order. Once completed, I drove around. When I approached the window, the drive thru attendant (assuming to be Jerrica) asked in an aggressive tone, “What did you have?” I told her. She closed the window. I waited. She came back and stated the price. I paid and asked for strawberry jelly with the order. She closed the window abruptly. Another lady approached the window and gave me my food. Then she walked away. I looked in the bag and noticed that there was no jelly in the bag. I waited patiently to ask for jelly. Jerrica, I assume, came back to the window and said, “What now?”. I asked for strawberry jelly and she went off on a tantrum stating, “Got Dam!! These people want to hold up my line for some damn jelly. What’s wrong with these people?”. I responded by saying that I paid my money and all I’m asking for is some jelly for my 2 sandwiches. Then she closed the window and walked away without giving me any jelly. I was upset. I drove away to avoid confrontation. I called right away. The same person from the drive thru widow, I assumed to be Jerrica, answered the phone. I asked to speak to a manager. She stated that there is no manager and hung up the phone. I immediately called back, someone else answered. I asked for a manager or regional manager number. That person hung up as well. This is ridiculous. You already have to deal with a slow as molasses drive thru at this place. The horrible customer service just compounds the problems that already exists. Read moreI usually and barely ever rate a restaurant this low because in order for the restaurant to be this low a lot of factors weights in. This time it's the experience and also the customer service that left me in awe. The manager, short, half shaved head with dreads, I apologize for forgetting her name was above and beyond rude with me and my sister when we asked to speak to the manager. We didn't ask for anything but wanted the manager to acknowledge how much time we waited for food after we went through the drive thru. We were told to pull over and wait for the food. We waited for 15 minutes before an employee came by and apologized for the wait and gave us an update that they are still working on the food. Another 10-12 minutes went by and the employee came by and apologized again for the wait. At this point 30 minutes went by and I decided to go inside and see why other people were getting their food on time but I haven't gotten mine. I saw the apologetic employee and asked to speak to the manager and she half shaved woman with dreads appeared and once the employee told her what happened, she immidiately said she is not going to apologize for the delay. The employee looked at her and said she can't do that, the manager told her that doesn't have time for this. The manager said she has 3 other jobs and doesn't need it. I stood there in shock and asked for my money back because at this point it's been 30+ minutes. I expected better for Hardee's and until that manager is still working there, I will make sure I tell my followers not to dine in...
