I love NY Pizza & Wings, Hickory flat — Restaurant in Georgia

Went here Tuesday at 6:15 pm with my kid. We saw pics online of garlic knot cheese steak sandwich looking things. Looked great. And saw lots of slices in pics. Well they had no idea what we were talking about for the knot sandwich, and the lady even told me I was mistaken and must have looked at the wrong restaurant....until I pulled it up on my phone and showed her. But no, they don't have those. There were only a few very old looking slices. We ordered a large cheese pizza, so it would be fresh. The menu board says $14.95, but they charged $15.55. I know it's only .60, but I don't that annoying. Pizza was slightly undercooked to me, and I asked if they would cook it a little more, but the guy said no since it's already cut. It was mediocre. Better than frozen, but not as good as what you can make at home. Oh. Also, the bathroom was out of order! We can from a 45min drive to my kids baseball lesson then came here. We both had to use the restroom. There were literally no other people in there, nor did anyone come in. There is a reason for that. They better pick it up, or soon will be another place. That was our last time...

I must have come on an off day. This location is set up mostly for take out. There are a few small tables to dine in. No slices served on the weekend. They weren’t rude but definitely not “extremely friendly”. Mediocre at best. Ordered a pizza that was ready within 15 minutes but served to us nuclear scalding hot. Better than cold I guess. Allow at least 10-15 to let cool off before even attempting to hold or put in your mouth. Stupid payment system asks you to leave a tip before you even know if the food/service is any good. Pizza was okay. Very thin & not quite as expected or like other locations of this local chain. Tiny drink cups & We were graced with one fork/knife for Stromboli which was also okay & scalding hot but not great or extraordinary in any way. Much better experiences at Johnnys & Many other choices out there. Also the price was a little high for the small portion sizes. Workers didn’t even say thank you or seem to give two sh!ts about customer...

I came here with my family and got slices for the 4 of us. The toppings were cold and raw. The cheese pizza was just sauce slapped on what looks like cooked pizza dough with cheese half hazardly thrown on top. Garlic knots were nothing more than greasy dinner rolls that lacked garlic flavoring. We specifically asked for the lunch special 2 slices with a drink for $7.95, he rung us up and took out pizza order, never got our drinks, looked at the receipt and we received no special, brought it up to man at the counter he said special is only weekdays. Why not say so before we ordered and paid. He did offer us drinks without having to pay for the confusion but still. Definitely won't be going back, I could make a better pizza at home...
