I have frequented Italy's Pizza & Pasta dozens of times. My only regret is not posting a review and sharing my experiences here sooner, I want others to get a taste of this place.
I don't know where to start, it's not just the food..... It's the atmosphere...when you walk in the walls are are decorated with hand painted murals of the Italian coast & the Colosseum along with various pictures of Olde Time Italian markets, countryside, and historic sites, and of course it wouldn't be complete without a photo of Dean Martin. Yours ears are welcomed by the sounds of the Big Band era music..... Sinatra, Martin, Bennett, just to name a few which play continuously during business hours.
All this and I haven't even began to mention the food. I always choose to dine in or you can carry out, either way just step up to the counter or grab a table, I've seen quite a few families dine in here during my visits. The menu consists of many traditional Italian American items with their own family recipes added to make the uniqueness in the flavors. Everything is prepared fresh and per order, including the mozzerell, garlic knots, ravioli, meatballs, calzones, pasta, soups, salads, subs, cannoli, and even gluten free crust. There are always specials of the day/week on display at the counter, these are great for those who like to "Venture off the Menu" Not matter what you try, get the garlic knots, wow delicious, try the lasagna, explore the items you normally love and you'll love them even more after you try them from here. Explore the different menu items from your normal selection and it will end up becoming your new favorites. I can't say enough about the place.... the atmosphere, staff, and the food make this place place a hidden gem. Keep up the great service and we'll keep...
Read moreMy husband and I went in for dinner I ordered Eggplant parm. It came out. 3 thin slices of Eggplant fried in a pan no breading no flour folded over in half to make it look like alot. topped with a little Mozzarella cheese and a little watery sauce that smelled like tomato past. served with less than a child's portion of Spaghetti. I tasted it. It was awful. I returned it to the counter and told the girl im sorry. I can't eat this. It's awful . A different girl came over with my plate in her hand put it in my face and asked what's wrong with this. I told her. She walked away and that was it. They refused to refund my money if I didn't order something else. it's my problem. they dont refund. I only took one bite. I didn't eat the Eggplant it tasted like paste. The owner or person in charge never came out no one came back. I put a dispute in on my debit card and if they fight it I'm taking them to court for charging for food I couldnt eat due to poor quality. They can refund me the easy way or hard and long way...its up to them but Do NOT go here. There a several other places around that area choose...

The perfect slice. And I couldn't figure oeut where he got it from. I jist knew it was local. Then I did some work with another pal. He says he goes here all the time. I was highly sceptical. But once entering. The environment is definitely welcoming with the barstool set up right infront of the cook. The options are limitless. Fresh out the oven. Custom cooked, " Do you like it crispy" the cook asked. Where do they ask how I want my pizza cooked??? Isn't there only one way to cook a pizza??? Oh boy how wrong was I. The best pizza I've ever eaten. On the first bite while sitting on the barstool I looked at Chuck ,"This is it, this is the one, this was that pizza. The best pizza I've ever had". So far I've gone twice this week. But let it be known this is will definitely be my regular pizza pick up for the Friday nights with the family. BEST PIZZA...
