NEVER have I seen such unprofessionalism and RUDENESS. About last week I received these coupons from the same drive-thru I went to today. I went to use them and order a Crunchwrap supreme on top. Yet, when I tried to order the employee said that they were “no longer taking coupons” . I asked if it was possible to talk to the manager because I wanted to verify why they would give coupons in the first place if we couldn’t use it. I explained this to the 2 ladies in the window which one was the so called “manager”. Even though she said she was the assistant (manager) in another sentence. They said that the employee who was giving them away was not suppose to & that “corporate” told them not to use coupons. I asked them to speak to her superior or a number that way that this misinformation and false advertisement cannot be further spread to other customers like me who would only get further disappointed. Especially since there was no sign or ANYTHING saying coupons from Taco Bell were not accepted. I then asked the so-called managers name and she gave me a fake name, then smugfully said “I’m going to be honest and give you my real name this time— Alexis”. Well Alexis, if that even was her real name all of a sudden started screaming at me and my mother. Almost jumping out the window. As a customer I was not expecting this, I went to drive off, then she and the other lady left their post (and all of the other customers that were in their cars at the drive-thru) to go to the front of the store where I have already driven off to harass us. Yelling out “Hey!” to get our attention, then whipping out a phone to record us without our consent to falsely accuse us of cursing at them. Despite their nasty attitudes, we never cursed at them especially not over a TACO. I felt so unsafe in the moment. If this lady was truly a manager— I cannot believe how she has received this title let alone kept a job here when she was so aggressive to her own customers. This place has truly gone down hill, I don’t even know how they’re open anymore. I’m not expecting a 5 star service but yes mutual respect. The world is so dangerous right now. People have lost their lives to so little things. Like the mayonnaise incident at that one establishment. I don’t want to have to risk my life just to enjoy a taco. If this standard of employees maintain, I hope no one eats here.. FOR...

I am not one to post bad reviews but enough is enough. I understand that working in the fast food industry can be tough but my family and I have been going to this taco bell for as long as I can remember, over 25 years. In all those years including tonight I can not remember a time where we have gone through the drive thru and gotten our complete order correct. When going thru the drive thru we are always either missing one or multiple items or our order was done incorrectly. (Tomatoes on items labeled no tomatoes, hard taco instead or soft... just to name a couple). Normally if I actually go in the store my order comes out right... most of the time. Tonight I once again went through the drive thru. The young lady did a great job of taking the order, but when I came around to get my family's food I asked the young man by the window if he could triple check my order before handing it to me. I told him how I couldn't remember a time my order has ever been right the first time around. First, I ended up with another customer's order instead of my own. I always double check my order to make sure we have everything so I knew immediately it was wrong. They were quick to get my correct order, but I'm afraid the customer whose order I got had to wait for theirs to be remade. They did give me my correct order. Before I took it, I asked if they could double check that everything was there I was told they just checked it and was assured everything was there. It took me 5 seconds of looking through the bag to notice that I was missing a taco and my side of rice. At this point I'm tired, I just got off work, I can tell everyone is busy since there seemed to be a line and I had people behind me in the drive thru, so I didn't say anything. They didn't even notice they hadn't given me my 4 drinks, but once again I didn't say anything. I drove away. If this had happened only once or twice this would be no big deal, but this is a pattern that has been happening for well over 20 years and with different associates each time. This is a major problem. This only happens in the drive thru, as I said before, I don't usually have problems when going inside the store to order. I know I'm rambling but as a customer I do not appreciate constantly having to correct my order or ask for items that are missing. Taco bell,...

On Monday 10/17/22 around 12:15 pm I went into the taco bell at 4880 Sugarloaf Pkwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30044

I walked up to the counter to place my order. Lady at the front register told me I needed to place my order on there kiosk. I told her I didn't have my glasses trying to imply that I would rather she take my order. She again told me to place my order on the kiosk and to use the pictures and that the front register was being used for drive thu. She then started to ignore that I just told her I didn't have my glasses.

5 minutes later I Finnished taking my own order it took a min because I didn't have my glasses and I had some modifications on the order.

Approximately 5 minutes after taking my order I was called and informed that they were ot of the Gorditas I told the lady to just refund me my money. After get a refund I asked the lady for the corporate phone number. She told me she didn't have it. I then asked her to give me her supervisor name and number she said she didn't have as well. I then asked her for her name. She told me her name and that she was the shift manager.

Frustrated and not happy with my encounter and experience with your staff I start to leave. While leaving I hear a taco bell employee say asking the manager what was that about And some guy don't know his name but a taco bell employee say * if the f@$%ing white guy has a problem with it he can talk to me *

Can't even get a taco without hearing hate speech and Threatening speech

Horrible service Horrible leadership Still haven't heard back from anyone with in corporate offices about...

Do NOT support this location!!!!!! POOR SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! I order 3 Dorito Loco Taco Supreme Combo with a Dr. Pepper via Doordash. When my order arrived I noticed the driver did not bring my soda. He confirmed the store did not provide a soda. After opening my bag I realized the bag was full of original tacos. I drove to the resturant in an attempt to have thr correct order remade. Upon walking through the door an employee states "the lobby is not open". I immediately asked for a manager; only to hear the voice of a young woman say "nope". Believe it or not SHE was actually the manager (the 1st problem). I politely informed the staff and the manager the order was received incorrectly. I requested a remake. The manager took to a few choice words while making my food. Honestly, any one would be crazy to accept food remade by someone with such a nasty attitude as the manager. I advised her I'd like a refund instead. She then took both bags- picked up the phone and proceeded to call Gwinnett Police Department. To avoid a costly and potentially hostile encountered I was forced to leave without a refund or the +$20 order that was wrong from the beginning.

I went to the drive thru my mistake. I ordered two loaded chicken flatbread tacos two beefy potato flatbread tacos and one loaded black bean flatbread taco and one order of rice and black beans. I checked my order before leaving it wasn't right. So I go in and tell them I didn't get all of my order. She asked me what I didn't get I said I wasn't sure because the wrapper wasn't labeled and it was a new product so I didn't know what to be looking for. So I opened everything up ended up having this chicken thing picture below and one chicken flatbread made the right way and one burrito I didn't order. So I told her my order again and they went and made something and I still ended up getting home without the right product. The rice and black beans were disgusting you need to bring back the pinto and cheese. You need to work more on your customer service and getting the orders right at this Taco Bell. There was plenty of staff there so that wasn't the reason for poor service.
