Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Georgia

Ordered for my staff an hour ahead of time and was given a pickup time. Food was not ready and with only one customer in the store. Order to 25 minutes to complete after I got there on time. Manager seemed aggravated with staff and wasn’t pleasant to me. Never smiled the whole time I was there. Could not complete my order because they ran out of roast beef. Another family came in to order and was never spoken to and ended up leaving. I was given my order with instructions of what was in the box but never a thank you for my business nor an apology for it not being ready on time. This was my first time here so I’m not sure if the food is good. Any business is only as good as the people running your business. There is no team work that I can see happening here and I have managed people for 30 years....

I intended to try this chain for the first time as i had never been to a Jersey Mike's. I tried this particular location today and entered the store at 1 o'clock this afternoon. I had my wife and small child waiting for me in the car. She called me at 1:30 to see HOW I hadn't left with the 1 single sandwich we wanted. Additionally, 3 other customers that came in after me had already left with their meals... So, feeling very frustrated, I asked the supervisor what was taking so long, and he advised me that they had a new guy on the grill and they hadn't even started on my order yet. My husband and daughter got a sub today from this location. The lady at the front register was in a horrible mood to start with. The guy making the meatball sub disappeared in the back so we didn't get to see the sub until we got home. Needless to say the most important part of the meatball sub (the meatballs) was lacking. I don't think there was a whole meatball inside. Just looked like a half of one all cut up in weird chunks. My daughter asked for vinegar and opened her sub to a thoroughly vinegar-soaked sandwich.
