Jersey MIke's should be ashamed of themselves regarding their employees at this location, in particular the man taking the orders. It was just about closing time-you were out of turkey-and I get that, however the employees were telling everyone that-I am assuming to discourage them from eating there. I went ahead and ordered something else and the quality was excellent as usual. I have a serious issue with your employee. As I am walking through the terminal, the loudspeaker is constantly stating to appreciate our military\veterans. There was a young active duty Army guy behind me and HE TURNED HIM AWAY!!!! Does this employee not understand that the only reason he has the freedom to work in your restaurant is because of our military? His coworker pointed out that he turned away active military and he did not care or acted like he did not notice. I told him they were wrong for doing that and his response was "we treat everyone the same". Seriously!! Treat everyone the same??? I am appalled by this, and Jersey Mike’s should be also. Not only that, he was making two sandwiches at one time-mine as I was the last customer and one for himself (he stated that to the other employee). He could make himself a sandwich but not one for someone who is defending the freedom he enjoys every day!! I left there very angry and speechless. As I said, Jersey Mike's should be appalled by this also and needs to look at some serious training for not only this individual but all others. Shame on this employee and shame on...

Absolutely disgusting, should be closed down by health services immediately.

For context- I’ve consumed an unhealthy amount of Jersey mikes sandwiches in my day across more than 20 locations, big fan.

I hadn’t had one in more than 2 months - a record for me since I’ve been introduced to the franchise at 15 (31 now).

Craving a delicious #7, I visited this location while awaiting my flight. I sat in line for around 10 minutes while the only person working was arguing with two teenagers and a coach about nonsense, basically doing nothing while there there 6 people in line.

I couldn’t help but smell a pungent rotten pickle-ly mold smell the closer I got to the counter. I looked at the meat slicer, there was ROTTEN turkey shavings all over the blade, ROTTEN lettuce in the blade (HOW?), I looked over at the cooler, A WHOLE MOLDY TURKEY SAT IN THE FRIDGE WAS ON DISPLAY. Almost puked.

Gandered down, you can see a distinct contrast between the area the airport staff cleans, and what the establishment is responsible for…. The floor had thick mold along the ground near baseboards.

Actually gagged (visibly) at this point realizing what that nasty smell was, seeing folks actively consuming this food made it worse. I turned around to locate another place to eat feeling disappointed a place like this exists.

There was 2 people working there a man and a woman. The women was tattooed and had braids. I didn't get her name, or bother to ask. She was very rude and threw my sandwich across the counter. She acted like we were the problem and processed to sigh and say "omg" because we told her the order was together. My ears hasn't popped from being on the plane so I was having trouble hearing her and she continued to throw more attitude. We ordered 4 sandwiches and only 2 were correct. I wanted to get a refund but didn't want to deal with her again. She didn't give me a receipt either. I will never go here again, the lady really needs to get out of...
