I know that most of these locations are franchised so probably not going to do me any well by putting this but I do want you to understand that when people come in to get a sandwich the least you can do is acknowledge their presence especially when they acknowledge yours. Being that I am I'm just there to get a sandwich the way that I want and I have money I should be able to ask questions how I want my sandwhich put together. If your job is to be a sandwich maker then you should make the sandwich the way I want it no matter the cost yes telling me that it's going to be an upcharge is one thing but getting an attitude with me because there's an upcharge is another. I simply wanted to ask if a certain meat could be subbed out on a sandwich the attitude I received for the question that I asked was not necessary. Then I just simply asked about Dijon mustard and you pointed me down to the end of the counter where you only carried regular yellow mustard mind you Dijon mustard is a freebie that goes on sandwiches so then I asked you while you were starting to make my sandwich not after my sandwich was made is it possible that you can at least put the Dijon mustard on maybe half the sandwich and you took a deep breath and said either it's on the entire sandwich or not at all I've been to other restaurants Jimmy John's in particular and they just put it on the side for me they didn't get upset with me because I asked for something that is free to go on my sandwich they were not upset with me because I was just simply trying to have my sandwich made that I was paying for. I don't know if you're having a bad day and I don't know if there was something else going on I did notice that you were alone but there was no other customers in the restaurant besides me so I won't judge but I will call you out on what you did and I will say that I didn't feel comfortable in your establishment and I'll just take my business to a different franchise from now on. Read moreWow! The service at this location is weirdly rude and they do not follow instructions. I placed an order online and pre-paid for it. When I went to pick it up, there was a long line so I went to the side of the counter where you'd pick up your order dining in and was told to wait in line for it. As I was waiting in line I notice a cart to the side that said "Online orders. No waiting in line". I went over to see if that was where my order was and it was. The lady at the counter stopped taking orders to grill me on if the order I was grabbing was mine. I appreciate them checking, but there's no reason to treat me like a thief. They could've said it differently and not made a scene, so that everyone in the restaurant was interrupted and staring... Also, I asked for no tomatoes, for my sandwich to be cut in half and ordered a pickle to be quartered. None of those things happened. The quality of what we did get was subpar at best. I asked for a basic ham and cheese sandwich and there was barely enough ham to cover the bread. I can't eat very much and that sandwich didn't even fill me up. My co-worker's sandwich was also missing ingredients. Also, my company doesn't supply us with knives onsite (there's probably a good reason for that), so we had no way to share the sandwich or pickle, as we planned. The only reason I gave them 3 stars and gave this location another shot (previous experience was also bad) is because all their profits go to a local charity today . Read moreI’ve NEVER had an issue with Jimmy Johns during the years I’ve ordered from them until recent. I placed a mobile order on their app on May 19th for delivery. Shortly after I received a call from a women saying they’re not sure how the order went through because they are closed. Mind you this is around 4:30ish PM and they’re usually open. I asked for the order to be cancelled and to be refunded. She told me that she’ll leave a note for the manager who will be in the next day to refund the order and follow up with me. The next day comes and I did not hear anything. I called and spoke with another lady. After explaining my issue I asked to be refunded or if it makes it easier for them I’ll just go up there and pick up the order. The women said she will have it refunded and to allow her by 2pm that day to have it done. Reassuring me that she’ll call back once it’s done. Well hours went by with no update or call so I went up there around 4pm. They were closed. I called their customer service to launch a complaint and was told the feedback would be sent to the owner and was reassured that I’d receive my refund. Well here it is a week and a half later and I STILL DONT HAVE A REFUND NOR HAVE I HEARD FROM THE MANAGER WHO WAS SUPPOSEDLY SUPPOSE TO ISSUE IT!!!!! This is just ridiculous at this point.
