I was waiting for 30 minutes and the cook told the host the people that came in behind me was next. It was cleared he was moved with prejudice. I was surprise to see that behavior exhibited here.
After I waited 30 minutes and no one ever told me they would be with me shortly or anything. As I waited and many customers were handled prior to me, I observed cook failing to wash his hands. Cook never washed his hands even once even after touching so many things in the kitchen. This cook have been disrespectful several time in the past to me. His name is Jeremy. He called me granny several time. This is unacceptable. I was so disappointed with his experience and previous experience.
The female that was taking order was rude, irate and out of control. She refused to give me the original receipt with her name and reprinted it without her name to avoid the feedback she knew she entitled too. She was very unprofessional, kept me waiting for 30 minutes. She let 6 people in front of me. Then she told me I had to take out my food at 7 pm. Clearly I was there prior to that time. I can't even believe the unprofessionalism displayed. Look at the other Google reviews that had similar problems.
I recommend you not come to this restaurant. Don't waste your time or become stressed out by the bad behavior.
Both employees need to be fired. They acted as though they owned the business themselves and could do what ever they wanted to do, whatever and be rude to their customers and make them wait.
This experience broke the camel 's back, my intention is to not go back period point...

The cook was more worried about his phone and getting his music going than cooking. Orders were backing up. During the fumbling of his phone...I watched my toast pop up and sit there till it got cold with nothing else being cooked. I watched two servers try and call orders as he told another server to go answer his phone and them to wait. I watched and listened to the only person who knew how to listen... My waitress.... Younger, red hair... Very sweet and professional.... While he said he would make it the way he was going to make it and "oh, I better not say that in front of customers"....I have no idea what he started to say.... But his actions were unprofessional, while being smart to my server. Lastly, I stood there waiting patiently for another server to ring me up and she said..."ok, hold on....." So I stood there for about 4 min until she was ready.... Then she gave me change and shorted two pennies and there were two rolls unopened.... But didn't say anything about it, closed the drawer and walked off. I think this visit...
Read moreI came to eat at around 5AM to find the place empty with the two employees (Leon)/ (unidentifiable employee) hanging out smoking cigarettes in the parking lot. The unidentifiable employee (No name tag) immediately advised that the restaurant was closed with no further explanation. He proceeded to go back behind the restaurant and finish smoking with Leon. I then proceeded to ask when will the restaurant open? The unidentified employee responded at 7AM. I looked at my watch and seen that it was 4:45Am , and then proceeded to ask why so late? At this time Leon approached and stated , “because COVID is real I have to close the restaurant for 30 minutes, In order to sanitize the restaurant after any major rush.” It didn’t appear to be a major rush considering the streets and surrounding businesses were desolate. As well, it didn’t appear to be much cleaning going on, more like smoking and socializing.. .seems to me customer satisfaction is not of priority and the employees rather hang out and smoke out back than serve customers!
