Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Smyrna

I've been to Caribou plenty of times and even quit going to Starbucks because Caribou was better..this location was unfortunately very subpar... spent $30 on 2 medium cold/frozen coffees and 2 sandwiches (I think their prices raised significantly since 2024). My frozen coffee was extremely sweet and I couldn't even drink jt.. 😩 the sandwich sausage was watery and had chunks of chewy meat inside it...I had to force myself to swallow it down because I was starving.. my stomach is now hurting... this did not make me want to go back to Caribou...and I was excited to find a new location opening up to where we recently moved. I ordered right around rush-hour at 8 AM. I ordered a white chocolate mocha iced coffee and a Nashville chicken biscuit.

Cashier was nice, everything came out quickly. The drink tastes great, just as sweet as I would imagine. I received all of my utensils, napkins, etc.

The Nashville chicken was terrible. The sauce mixed with the dough and created a glue that stuck the biscuit to the inside of my mouth. I feel like the biscuit wasn’t cooked all the way. The piece of chicken was about half of the size of the Biscuit, and did not taste like real chicken. It tasted more so like a blended chicken meat patty. Today was day #2 that this location was open, and I had a great experience. I ordered via the mobile app, and when I pulled into the drive thru, I was asked if I wanted to join the perks club (I was already a member), the staff was friendly every step of the way. When I pulled up to the window, I was greeted with a friendly smile, they asked me how my day was going, and the drink (Iced Turtle Mocha) and donuts (Glazed Donut and Cinnamon Sugar Caramel Cream Donut) were all delicious.
