This rating is based solely on service. Food? I wouldn’t be able to say because we didn’t get that far. Upon arrival it was explained that we would have a long wait as the restaurant was busy and we had a party of 10. We agreed to the wait time and had no issues there. We were sat and drink orders were taken. Two servers were assigned to our party. After about 20 minutes drinks actually arrived. We placed our food order and waited one hour before a server came to check on us. At this point many of us needed refills on our drinks. He explained that the kitchen was backed up but our food would be out as soon as possible. 40 minutes later the server comes to say, “I’m so embarrassed to say this but our Salmon is not good, would the three people who ordered that be interested in ordering something different?” At this time the other server brings out 3 of the 10 ordered entrees. Once those 3 orders were dropped off both servers rush away. We then realize no one has silverware. When one server returns we ask for silverware and no one ever brings any over. So 3 people have food but no silverware and 7 people are sitting without food. By now our entire party was frustrated and we tell the sever to cancel the remaining orders. When asked to speak with a manager we wait 15 minutes before I get up to go find the manager. We are asked to pay for the 3 meals that were dropped off along with drinks. After explaining the situation the manager still had us pay one of the three meals that were dropped off along with 3 alcoholic beverages. We spent $91.00, we didn’t all eat and we most definitely did not...

Mexican Cuisine: Thought I would check out this casual dining restaurant. I had to get the attention of the waiter to be seated. The music was very loud. After perusing the menu, I ordered the bowl of mixed seafood in a tomato base broth making a seafood like soup. The bowl contained crab legs, mussels, octapus, small scallops, shrimp (head on), and fish. It came with crackers and two pieces of toasted bread (similar to French) along with a hot sauce and chopped chorizo and onions and a flat hard tortilla with some more hot salad like combination on it as well. The seafood was good but the broth covered the flavors. The crab legs were cooked just right however as when snapped left me with a solid piece of meat instead tearing in two. The soft drink was extra and when I ordered a second one (coca cola in a small bottle), the waiter went to the far end of the room and busied himself doing other things. After quite a wait, a young lady brought me another drink. The food was good but the tab was about $23.00. Kind of pricey I thought. I asked for some rice with it but that reply was a "no" from my waiter who asked me twice if I was done and behaved as if he was eager to get me out the door, after he brought me my bill of course. i eat here very frequently & today they crossed way too many lines for me to not say anything for starters there was a hair in my food ( a salmon ) the hair was in my salad pretty disgusting but mistakes happen. But here is where they should have at least a little bit of shame with the order of empanadas it comes with avocado my avocado was barely edible I didn’t eat it at all & lastly my salmon comes with crema de hongos I ordered it on the side and I ordered an extra order & to my surprise they gave me two separate cups which is what I was expecting but BOTH were half way full when normally it comes with one full cup ! these are just a couple of things wrong with this place I could go on & on about how horrible the service is (which is why i order Togo) & about how the staff is rude & immature, but I’ll leave my long list of negative comments & negative experiences to myself & stick with my HORRIBLE experience today the food is OKAY depending on your luck so order at...
