I WAITED AN HOUR FOR SOME PEPPERONI CHEESY BREAD AND THEY BURNT IT!

I ordered at 8:04pm. When I arrived there was already a lot of people waiting. We all were asking about our orders. The manager Reggie was so rude to customers. He came and told me that my order was next up around 8:45pm. Me and the guy who ordered right before me he said orders was coming out. 10 mins later still nothing! A worker came up and told me my order was burnt! They had about 10 burnt pizzas sitting on the back counter that was burnt. So many people upset. Been waiting so long! They in the back making TikTok’s and singing and burning peoples food. I asked the worker if I could see it or get something else since I had been waiting so long. Manager Regee came up and said he voided my order. I’m like am I getting any food? I’ve been waiting an hour. There was literally boxes of cheesy bread in warmer. He didn’t offer any bread sticks or anything. Then ignored me and started with next person. I’m so upset I’ll never order from there EVER AGAIN! That general manager needs to be fired! How do you burn up everyone’s order and we are there waiting constantly asking for our orders. Offered nothing for my time. My other food I ordered from touch downs was cold since I was waiting on this order. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Even the DoorDash orders weren’t done. People were walking out. They need...

Everytime I ordered pizza from here lately what I wanted in the order has been correct.

However due to the lackluster customer service plus unnecessary long wait times makes this location one of the worst especially when you see the inside being crowded like a lot of people crammed in 1 spot inside waiting in line even if you already placed an order online, called in or Coming back to pick up your order.

Another thing that's going to make me not want to come back to this location ever again is the employees that fixing the pizzas for every order are not wearing Face-Masks(Mouth & Nose covering) plus not wearing Hair-Nets covering their hair to prevent such things as hair falling-on/showing-up-in the food. All employees should be doing things to show that they are aware to be pandemic safe while working. Also this location needs to be replaced with some better workers.

Until things change plus improve at this location, It's best to go to another Little Caesars OR Another food place to buy some pizza.

Only thing I can say is the 1 guy that works there out of the rest of them like he's a supervisor/manager that works the register doing his part to provide customer service while checking the pizzas to make sure each one that is made goes to each customer correctly & This would be the only reason this location gets a...
