When I pulled up at the drive through and was waiting for someone to asked me what I wanted to order no one came on so I thought the drive through speaker wasn't working. By the time I pulled up at the window I heard someone talking to the customer behind me. I explained to the cashier that I thought it wasn't working and she asked me for my order. There was a double burger that they are promoting and I told her I needed that and she said okay. My total was $8.68. I asked the young lady if I was getting the double burger with bacon that they were promoting and she said yes. I got served in less that 10mins which was quite impressive. On my way home I said let me eat these fries before they get cold. To my surprise they were already cold, sagging and very greasy. I could not eat it. When I got home and opened the package with my burger I was very disappointed and upset with what I was served. It was only one burger and they had some fries and and other stuff on top of the burger. No tomato, lattice or bacon was In it. I would not give it to my dogs. I will never ever shop at Sonic again. Read moreI headed hear after a late night at school, so I wouldn't have to cook. I ordered ahead through their app and went to the drive-thru. The line was ridiculously slow, and st that time i wasn't sure if it was an inside thing or the customers in front of me. I finalky got to the speaker told them I had a mobile order & they directed me to pull forward to the window. Once I made it to the window they acted like I did something wrong. I kid you not, I could tell they were swamped and unorganized from the window. The person that told me to drive up wasn't working the window so that was mistake one. They didn't relay my mobile order information to their coworkers, mistake two. After being away for 4-5 minutes the cashier at the window asks again what my order was, so they hadn't even started on it the entire time I was waiting at the window. After the second time I think they understood I was starting to get frustrated so I believe they expedited my order. I received my cherry limeade minus the cherries & lime that I had ordered to be in the drink. The hotdogs were way overcooked to the point the skin had turned semileathery. Read moreThe customer service here has gone diwn especially when there is a crowded of customers /busy. My experience here was recent. I made an order through the electronic ordering screen. The order was confirmed by the kitchen. I sat and waited twenty minutes the screen side order in kitchen then the message just disappeared. Two other customers drive in after me. One parked right next to me. That customers food came out in 5 to 7 minutes. I was still waiting. I waved down one of the server who knew nothing about my order but side he would go check on it. He even asked what I ordered. Another five minutes go but no response. I exit my car and ask for a refunded. I paid for something that I never received so I am untitled to a refund. I founded the same server who said he would find out where the order want and again he asked me what I order. I asked for a refunded and receipt to confirm the refunded. In totally I spent about twenty-five minutes never received my order and then had to deal with having to obtain a refunded. I will not patronize this location again. Perhaps others have had a better experience but this is not my first time here. I have come here through the years and the service has gotten progressively worst. I hope others will better enjoy...
