This visit I thought would've been less than the unfortunate hour wasted in drive-thru. We pulled into drive-thru behind four other cars awaiting service, although we weren't aware of their arrival times, therefore, assuming they had been waiting an acceptable time considering everyone wants "hot pizzas", however, we sadly misjudged the timing. The four cars ahead of us had been sitting in drive-thru for an reasonable amount of time which definitely was unacceptable for a franchise that advertises quick service. After 45 minutes of waiting we finally approached the "window" and was confronted by this middle age short hair blonde lady who kept saying (I'll be with you shortly, just give me some time) as she was operating the window and the lobby of customers totally by herself.
Not once did she say " we are out of any particular pizza" in fact she never asked what type of pizza or how many did we want, which would have aloud her to say "I'm sorry but there's a wait for your request because he just started baking those". She knew that the baker was behind schedule because he also was a one man shift, including constantly having to rescue her due to her lack of knowledge on what she was doing. Her frustration was obvious to the customers who were also irritated for her lack of prepared knowledge.
It didn't get out of control because it wasn't her fault, the blame is the fault of her management, and that is not a good look.
Moral of this story is that: "We Will Never Again Revisit This Specific Location" due to unpreparedness, unprofessionalism, understaffed, inexperienced, impolite, undertrained, inadequate management including lack of knowing how to greet customers. This 🍕 franchise is a disgrace to all Cesar franchises and should be "Reprimanded" by their Superiors., p.s. WAKE UP YOUR REVENUES...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. The management at this location; specifically Ms. Kelly and her district manager Mr. Taylor is horrible. Kelly acts as if she hates her job and has no desire to provide great customer service. After being charged twice for a product I just wanted an explanation of when my charges would be reversed. On 06/02 Kelly told me it would be between 24-48 hours. However, being I am very aware of how the banking system works I waited 5-7 business days. Charge is still there. So I contacted Kelly this morning. She didn't want to come to the phone at first and had one of her rude employees to answer the questions I was directing to her. After stating I would like to speak to the manager multiple times she finally got on the phone and started to tell me she wasn't able to do anything with a nasty attitude. Never notified me this was the manager now on the phone or nothing. Once I asked is this the manager; she said "that's who you asked for right?" Just a real nasty attitude. I provided Kelly my information on 06/02 which she admitted to me today she placed in her pocket and threw away. So now she is stating I would need to come back up to that unorganized organization and give her my information again. This is another example of organizations placing their businesses in urban communities and not dedicating time to implement proper management in their businesses. Read moreToday the LC team displayed various negative behaviors. Initially started off bad due to the level of cleanliness. Two male associates were kind and greeted me. The manager Kelly came to them interrupted us and said “ sit down you’re not on the clock”, they proceeded to explain what each was waiting for, she was very dismissive. She did not greet or have any type of welcoming attitude. I came up to get food and she tossed my wings at me. At this point I was fed up and we both began to endure in a negative banter. In my opinion maybe her back off operations may be good ( because I can’t see it) her front office is by far the worst. She does not set great paths for her team to follow.
To add insult to the matter. All of my pizzas were incorrect. I called 3 different times and spoke to 2 different reps, the first was a female who seemingly was concerned. After 5 min of holding the phone hung up. The second was the same lady and hung up once she heard it was me. The 3rd and final time was a man who seemingly did not care using statements like “ I don’t know” “ the manager busy” “we will get to you when we can” “ you should of checked your food” Little Cesar has little prices in conjunction with little customer service.
